Aly-DN Posted August 10, 2017 Share Posted August 10, 2017 In 5.6, sieges were supposed to be changed from 55 minutes to 60 minutes. Sieges are still 55 minutes. The Coalition-wide attack/cast speed buff only hits the -alliance- of the person granting the buff. It is supposed to hit everyone in the Coalition.
