But the catch is: there will only be a 4 week window for people to decide if they want to spend $250.00 USD on 5 Summer Flower Packages in order to get 1 [BCM] Ultimate Golden Key. The box can be rerolled 3 times, so that's $750.00 for 3 keys, that in the end could still not give you the transformation scroll you want. There's a limit of 15 Summer Flower Packages per account as well, so people need to choose between spending on keys or spending on the other prizes that are also mainly over priced. Just....Why?? Best I can do is tell you where mine is targeting so you can see how it looks. "C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSOFT\NC Launcher 2\Matryoshka.exe" /GameID:AION Photos: The easiest way to make a shortcut would be to find on your pc where the Matryoshka.exe file is located, which should be in your NCSOFT folder inside the NC Launcher 2 folder. Right click on it and go to Create Shortcut. It should let you put it on the desktop. Then edit the shortcut's target location to have /GameID:AION on the end like mine does. Good luck!

It's now May 4th and 8.2 is launching. Merge was back in August. What are the chances my collection will be fixed when I log in later today after patching?

NCSOFT, when will this be fixed so people can have their stats back, inventory spaces freed and ability to use this function again?

Nearly 3 months later and still nothing. It's become almost impossible to play. I only have one free inventory spot because I'm afraid to add anything into my collection for fear of losing my old progress and then anything new not being incorporated into it. I don't want to delete items I could be adding into the collection either. I really want my old progress back so I can add all my new progress into it.

Has anyone been able to get their stats back yet? Mine are still missing.

In the days leading up to the server merge, there never was any clarification as to what was going to happen to the Item Collection stats. Even the FAQ lacked information. I saw some people say they think they were going to possibly merge them, or just move them over. I had a bunch of stuff I had spent countless hours running instances, farming Timeless and AP collecting put into those window tabs. The night before the merge I took some screenshots and a video scrolling through my windows. I didn't get to collect as much as some other players I know, but I still put effort into it for whatever I could finish. The day after the merge, after I updated my client, I logged into the game to check what happened. My whole Item Collection was deleted and wiped! I have nothing in there anymore. I sent in a ticket to support and they told me I should just check the forums. I don't see any other posts, so I made this one. Did anyone else lose their Item Collection?
