Possible outcomes I can think of for this mess up: -They resend the right box to everyone and players get to keep both boxes -They make people send in tickets to customer support to resolve each case, so then they only have to deal with people who really care they got the wrong one -They come up with some other random compensation to try and fix their error that doesn't really make players happy -They send out enough Minium for 10 rolls to people instead of resending the proper boxes -They discover a way to remove minions from player accounts that have used the contract and send them the proper box -They discover a way to remove minions from player accounts that have used the contract, send them the proper box and compensate them for any used Minium -They discover a way to remove stuff from people's mailboxes and send them the right one as a replacement -They ask people to claim the box out of their mailbox, remove the item from their inventory and replace it with the right box -They replace the contract in people's inventory with the right box -They replace the contract in people's inventory with the right box and give back any Minium used for rolling to get it I'm sure there's other variations/possibilities that I can come up with. Those were the first that came to mind.

I opened my launcher and was about to press the red UPDATE button, but it started by itself for once. I had a split second to see that the update patch was 1.51MB in size. Had I blinked, I would've missed it.

Working as intended. It's rare for them to update rewards because they like to recycle events. I tossed mine into my warehouse, now piled along with the the rest that we keep getting as useless rewards. I'm sure there was an event quest that's popped a few times the past that used 2 for some kind of buff. There is no [Event] Ultimate 100% Manastone Socketing Supplement [item: 166150045] for level 85, it's set at level 80 and below. They will need to give us Ultimate Flawless Manastone Socketing Supplement [item: 166150044] if they want us to be able to use it for our current level 85 gear.

I recommend getting as much as you can. The heart guard pieces can be a good start. Roll the bonus stats to give you healing. Use skills and stigmas that boost your healing to help as well. I understand your frustration. I noticed the same "catch" when I read the event page. I have been less active myself because when they did the server merge, it wiped out and reset my collection stats to 0. I'm mad that my character is bugged. It's been over a year now and it's not fixed. With all the buffs they've added to mobs and such, it's seemed pointless to grind or even bother to siege and pvp because I know I'm at an immediate disadvantage. I stopped paying for prestige months ago and only log in here and there for the events that seem worth trying out. I don't know how much longer I'll keep bothering with this dying game that just keeps asking us to pay money for everything and continuing to lose players along the way because of it.

I missed it too, from the very first night of the event. My client would not open at all, no matter how many times I tried. Even the next day I had the same problem. When I would launch the game, after a few minutes it would give me a SendLogClient error saying: A fatal error occurred. Sending a crash log to the developers will assist us in improving the game. This actually happens quite frequently to me ever since that maintenance. File repairs don't help either. I was hoping they would give a few extra days, or even an extra week for completing the event. At this point I don't expect anything, which is a real shame.

I'm not sure why in the chart it shows "Blessed Ultimate Paragon Enchantment Stone " under the Item(s) column and then 2 spaces over in the info column it says "Blessed Ultimate Paragon Enchantment Stone Bundles". Is this another one of those things where the bundle is only a chance at giving the stone, or is it the proper item ID that actually has the blessed stone inside? I don't understand why it needs to be inside a bundle if it is a guaranteed Blessed Ultimate Paragon Enchantment Stone. @EMPulse

So sorry to hear this. Of course they find a way to gate us with RNG once again. I recommend anytime you see the word "bundle" that you tell yourself there's more than one thing inside. Sadly, this is usually the case 99.999999% of the time. They were doing so good with listing what was inside boxes the past while. (They slipped up, as usual.) It removed the "bottle" because the effects don't stack/combine. You'll need to unequip and leave off whatever is giving you the 30% to be able to fully use the 50%. I don't think it will let you use a Berdin's Amulet while you have that rune equipped, it'll tell you you're already under the same effect. Correct me if I'm wrong. It's a +2% increase per enchantment level when you enchant the EXP, Drop Boost, and AP gain support runes.

My screenshots save into my folder just fine. I've never had an issue with that yet, other than the one time it was over full. Fact: after your folder has 9999 screenshots, it will still make the noise but it never saves because it's run out of numbers. I run windowed mode as well, ever since I started playing Aion many years ago. I just want to press the prt scr button again and let it function as normal. It blocks anything from getting put to the pasteboard. Even when I tab out and try to do screenshots for work, Aion disables it, which is my main frustration. I don't want to run other programs or try have to click a bunch of stuff just to have a screenshot. I had no choice but to use the snip tool recently, and trying to take the capture on an item's tool tip in Aion took wayyyy too many tries. That stuff is complicated to open and slow.

That's too bad. I got most of my "last year's event" coins from this current one. Typical NC style.

Something that I've noticed lately is whenever I try to take normal screenshots on my PC with the Print Screen button, while the Aion client is running, when I go to paste, it doesn't work. (The screenshot button captures whatever game stuff into the game folder just fine). When I have other windows open while Aion is running or minimized and I want to take a screenshot of something I'm working on and paste it into an email, or into discord, etc, it doesn't work. If I close Aion, everything works normally again. I can't play the game and do work on my computer anymore the way I use to. Does anyone else have this issue or know what I can do to get Aion to stop blocking my screen captures? No, I do not want to use snip tool, etc. I want to take a full screen capture with the press of one button like I've been doing for decades.
