Log on as usual, position everything. Exit the whole game and client. Relaunch everything. = the easiest way I found to help save it. Do not go into the instance server when you do this because it seems to interfere with the game saving your settings. Crashes also seem to ruin the save file, as well as Send Log bugs. Good luck!

Ignore my first paragraph, I just realized that you are asking about the Daeva pass seasons. I just saw their website post for Season 4. I don't think it should be interrupted by any patches. I don't know why you think the relic would have any correlation between the timers? (The pass is at season 17 in classic and nothing from patches has broken the timer on it yet)

I don't think anyone can give you an exact answer. From what I've seen in the past concerning their attention to detail with regards to our ranks, it's inconsistent. The amount of times it's been bugged and not synchronized amounts to years worth of game play. They have shortened and extended rank seasons many times, so your "fact #1" is not actually fact. It's only approximate. The date on the relic is just a place holder, or "best guess". It's not 100% certain we will get the next update to refresh it on that maintenance. If it is actually on that date I will be surprised! (It does look close though.) They may extend it like they did the first season, or shorten it like they did during the second season. It all depends on how far along they are with the next update and how they choose to execute their patching schedule. They never do anything about it. There have been many occasions in the last decade where players did this to other players and nothing was done. Best of luck! In all honesty, the Elyos have prevented the Asmodians from getting Ardeth ever since it's launch. At least your broker has stuff. I'm told that the Elyos broker is overflowing with all kinds of goodies. The only way Asmos are getting passive skill books is from events.

All the items I spent months working on that I put into my collection was reset to 0 when the server merge happened. There was nothing in my collection window at all, it got wiped clean. The stuff you see in my screenshot is gear in my inventory that could get added in one day. Here is the post from Kibblez that said the collections between servers would be merged: I think that my alt character that was on Katalam before the server merge (that had nothing in her collection window) caused an over ride to the rest of my account that was imported from Danaria.

I believe these times are an hour off from when she actually appears. She was up today at 10:30 PM EST which is currently at 9:30 PM server time (since there is no daylight savings adjustment made to the servers). Thank you.

When transformations are brand new, I support the company doing unique events to try and give us a fresh way to obtain the transformation. New things should be exciting! Also, stop forgetting about the runestones for the transformation. We need those too so the transformation can be used! After 4-5 months, which should be more than enough time for whatever promotional events for it, the transformation should get added into the combination chances. Give everyone a chance to complete their collections. Please pass this on to Korea for us. Thank you!

I worked countless hours grinding open world, running dungeons, playing events, gaining AP, gaining enchantment stones, gaining stigma enchants.. and I'm suppose to just let them take that all away because of a bug? Nope. Not letting them get away with that. Imagine being at work for months, finally getting paid, and then the company voids your checks. Would you let them steal those hard earned pay checks because of a glitch or would you keep fighting for it? What I don't understand is why they can't just add the items back into it for me.

Had I seen this earlier, I would have suggested ticketing the billing department for a refund on one of the boxes (assuming you didn't use the scroll). I don't even understand why you were able to open two at once. Why did they stack?? Sounds like a bug!

I would just leave the scroll inside the box. I'll probably get another Nezekan in mine and do the same. There's really nothing to gain from pulling it out it if it's a duplicate. The hope is that one day the key will be up on BCM for a reasonable price. What a legit slap in the face this is to players, especially because EU has a free key in their shop. Even KR has access to keys.
