Hello everyone! We're back on this exciting Thursday with an update about the strange red items suddenly appearing in your inventory: Looks like those pesky Shugo were extremely persistent in wanting the world of Atreia to remember the Shugo Games 2. So, good news, we'll be properly shooing them away by next maintenance! I'll make a formal post about it as well, but wanted to let you all know here, too. Basically, do not worry, my friends! Those red items are related to Shugo Games 2 that were accidentally missed in a clean up function after the event. Your inventory will be properly fixed up again by May 25! Thank you so much for your reports and for your help in tracking down what this issue might be, and for your patience as we work to getting that settled asap!

Hey Dopy. I just updated the known issues thread with a lot of fixes and things that went in—This includes an update on the Stigma enchant rate. The rate is actually working as intended, but the UI is not picking up the additional bonus implemented on +9 and above. Please feel free to do enchants as normal, as the +30% is still in affect and will work accordingly. We currently do not have an ETA on when or if we can fix the UI, but I'll try to keep that updated when I can if I hear more. Hope that helps a little!

I believe if I understand your question, this is correct! The icon in-game should show for visual confirmation, just that Fuddly just had a minor name update some time ago. Nothing else has changed about the transformation, so need to worry there! Image just to show: Hope that helps!

INVESTIGATING ISSUES: The following items are currently being investigated by the team. As soon as we know more information, we will update here. FIXED: 100% Success Stigma Enchantment Stone from Abyssal Fragment NPC. The 100% Success Stigma Enchantment Stone will return to the Shattered Abyssal Splinter NPC on May 18, 2022. Incorrect UI: Permanent Stigma Enchant Rate of +30% for +9 or higher. Although the UI incorrectly shows +20%, the Stigma Enchant Rate of +30% for +9 or higher is functioning. We'd like to thank you all again for your reports and patience as we investigate, test, and raise up these issues to a hopeful solution. As always, once we know more, we will do our best to inform you of an update around these.

Most of what you're asking still functions near identical to classic's wardrobe, so I'm going to give you the blog there for how to register, apply appearances, and such: https://www.aiononline.com/news/get-to-know-the-wardrobe I'll still give a quick TL;DR down below to all your questions as I know it off-hand, but that should help answer anything else. It also is the same in that once an item is registered to your wardrobe, you CANNOT retrieve it (it will be deleted), and it will remove its stats if it had any, so please keep that in mind! The dialog WILL give you a warning before registering it to the wardrobe. The items inside your wardrobe are NOT a one-time use! You can use them on multiple pieces of gear to have the same, or multiple looks, across all your sets! Quick TL;DR to register items: Have the item you want to register in your INVENTORY Have the WARDROBE window open at the same time Right-click the item from your INVENTORY to store it in the WARDROBE (dialog will show). There are certain restrictions on what you can and cannot apply to the wardrobe, but basically it's "any item that can be used as a skin". Quick TL;DR how to apply appearance: UNEQUIP the piece of gear you want to apply the skin to Open you Wardrobe Window Drop the item you want to apply the skin to into the TARGET box In your wardrobe, pick which skin you want to APPLY THE APPREARANCE to your TAGETED item Click OK, pay the fee.

FIXED: Kerub Quick Guide Season 2 Kerub tried to pull a little prank by saying their guide was "quick"—when in fact—it is holding some Daevas up entirely. How rude! We are investigating this issue where players are unable to complete certain missions of the 4th tab of Kerub's Quick Guide. If you have more information related to this, please do not hesitate to bring it up to support team so that we may continue to look into this problem. Solution Implementation Date: May 25, 2022. This issue has been resolved in the May 25, 2022 update.

As for your other thread, it looks like you duplicate posted them in both Aion General and Aion Classic General. My mods deleted the duplicate one that was not responded to, so as to keep things tidy. As it looks like things are more closely related to classic and you are talking on this one here, I'll work in merging your other thread into this new one now as well!

KNOWN ISSUE: Store Error 404 Although not exclusively tied to the update of 8.2, the team is working on a fix for the "Error Code: 404" players encounter occasionally when trying to open the Black Cloud Market. We do not have a date set currently on when this might be fixed, but the team is investigating and working towards a solution. In the meantime, if you need to access the BCM and encounter this error, logging out and logging back in should temporarily fix the issue. Solution Implementation Date: To Be Announced Temporary Fix: Log out and log back in to make the BCM temporarily function again.
