Hi everyone. I know this has been a huge topic of conversation, and one that I am not ignoring by any means. As I've commented on other threads before, it is still a topic I will continue to bring up to the development team every time you report about it—so please do keep voicing your concerns! Even if I am unable to respond to the thread or comment, it does not mean I am not reporting about it. Unfortunately at this time, I do not have any updates around this topic—but IF that should change, I promise to inform all of you as soon as I can. As a general understanding, some changes are easy to do, while others are much more delicate and sometimes impossible depending on many, many factors. As I usually say, just to make sure, I and the development team cannot make promises, and we greatly appreciate you patience and understanding in this matter. I know this is not any sort of answer at this time, but I hope it is somewhat alleviating to know that I am still reporting on it and will continue to do so. As I will also continue to repeat, thank you all so, so much for voicing your passions and concerns about the game and having polite conversations around these topics. Please do keep up the flow of ideas and concerns, and I will continue to deliver your voice to the team.

Currently, its every 4 weeks! 4/13 was the last reset. Hey Timeless! If you're having some issues with the skins preview could you show some photos and post it in the bug report section for me? Or if not, could you kindly submit a ticket for which ones you're having issues viewing? That would help a lot in tracking which ones you might have problems. Thank you so much!

Yes, you're correct! The auto-hunt feature is staying live in these new areas even after the event—The coins are just temporary addition to celebrate it, along with the rewards being available in the Fissure of Oblivion Event as well should people want to mix it up a little.

You are correct! I'm working on making a very small edit (please bare with me, I'll update when it's done!) about what contracts are in each, and the two Ultimate Transformations are Marchutan and Kaisinel. Although I'm not sure if we can add the other two, I will definitely leave this feedback for the team to see what might be possible for the future. And... well, you know what I'll say: "No promises!" but as usual, I'll definitely leave the feedback! Sorry that I don't have any other answers for you currently though!

I just honed in on this thread like mad.... omg. This artwork is amazing, your soft line work and use of the soft round brush strokes to enhance it and your shades is wonderful. Your attention to detail and motion on the 3rd piece is wonderful! I know you said its a work in progress though, but would you be okay with me posting some of your work to the social media accounts for Aion? I'll send you a DM for more details!

Now that we have the forums updated, I plan to start making small changes and playing with backend forums details, but first I want to organize what we have currently. Hey Gallium, sorry for the delay in response! Hm, that is odd. For this one if you haven't already, could you submit a support ticket for me? In this case since there's possibly more factors here, they'd have to look a bit deeper! If others are also experiencing this issue, please let me know as well so I can push that along to CS and the team.

Update: We have confirmed the bugs for both of these are minor, but are being worked on towards a fix! Apsaranta Meal Kit Cooler purchases not reset from Berry: The UI is bugged here, but you can still purchase the coolers. The team is looking into a fix for this right now, but until it is implemented they did CONFIRM that you can still purchase your 25 coolers from Berry despite the UI showing you cannot! Let me know if you have further issues! Heavenly Celestial Weapon Quest Bug: Also confirmed a bug with the UI, in which if you use the skill as intended on your class, you can still complete the quest! The team is also working on a fix for this, but please note you can still complete your quest perfectly fine following the regular routine and it will not affect your skills. Hope this helps. Good morning everyone! Thanks for your patience—a lot of questions and things going on at the same time, understandably so! Let's get into this: Hey AnonymousCoward! What is the trigger here? Basically, your toon is the one that needs to enchant it to +9 to be counted! Obtaining +9 enchanted by another player or through the broker during the event will NOT count. Gear enchanted across other toons will NOT count: As the promotion only works ONE reward per account, make sure to work this on the toon you want to have the reward! You CAN sell/trade or destroy before the end of the event and it still be counted. These rewards will be delivered to the character who did the successful enchantments mailbox, not the account mailbox. The selection boxes cannot be stored in the account warehouse, but the gear itself can be once opened. Sorry that the wording caused confusion here—You are correct, AnonymousCoward! It was specifically called an "Equipment Box" meaning that EITHER Armor OR Weapon can be selected. This is NOT just an armor box! First, the equipment box will be delivered to the participating character. Then, players can open the box to SELECT an ARMOR SELECTION or WEAPON SELECTION box. Once the item has been chosen, opening the WEAPON SELECTION or ARMOR SELECTION on your toon will give you another selection of that is tenured to your specific class. EX: If you open the ARMOR SELECTION box on a GLADIATOR, you will have a selection of Body, Pants, Hands, Shoulder, Feet, ETC that is specific to GLADIATOR. As Zappies stated, correct! This is a SALE, not an event! Anything with sales in it will be stated as such and have the "sales" tag embedded to it on the website. I am assuming by "protected" meaning if it can break or not? Paragon gear can still break unless using a blessed paragon enhancement stone.

As always, I completely understand if this promotion is not up to your or others liking, and your feedback of both likes and dislikes is still greatly appreciated as it helps to continue to inform the development team. Any kind of change comes over the course of time, and while they nor myself can make promises as stated before, the feedback on ALL promotions (such as this), events, and more is still very insightful! I will DEFINITELY look into the separation of Aion and Classic. It is something I know others would like as well, and where I'm hoping that "general" section will be good for discussions like this that apply to both games, while the rest is all game related and can be sorted as such for folks to enjoy what topics they are most interested in. I'll be asking about this one for sure! For custom avatars, I am a TOUCH wary due to obvious reasons, but I would like to still see that there is SOME customization—or—having much more icons than there already are and perhaps rewarding others with special ones for being exemplary community folks! There's a few thoughts here, but definitely stay tuned on this one as it's one I'm also interested in figuring out and trying some things. Animated gif filter is interesting... I'll definitely see if this platform is able to handle that! I don't know the answer to that one, but I'll make sure to ask and see if it's possible to handle this as it's a good idea!

No no don't worry, it was a small joke! I enjoy responding as much as I can for you all and doing my reports—its very important to me and to the team! I think the "events" suggestion section you're speaking about, can be posted in the "suggestion box" part! The suggestions box area is dedicated to all requests on events, changes in game, etc, and will help me keep it organized! As for when the event details and blogs go live, what I can tell you all right now is we're trying our absolute best to make sure this information goes out in a timely, accurate manner. However, there are current unfortunate limitations and for that I am sorry: As I continue to stress to everyone over and over (sorry), I cannot make any promises in certain aspects and this is definitely one of them, but I am hoping to eventually work towards what you want here (RE: main events posted 2 to 3 days in advance). I beg that everyone please continue to be patient though as, depending on several very large factors, this is currently out of my hands. I hope everyone knows that I am listening though to these requests and am doing my absolute best to keep making the blogs as informative and timely as possible within what means are given to me. Basically, speaking entirely from myself as the community manager, I am so sorry that these currently cannot go live sooner, but any chance I am able to get them out to you all earlier than the day of maintenance, I am absolutely pushing every single moment to get this out to you. Hey everyone! Along with my multiple daily tasks (you all keep me VERY busy! ), I've been looking through the forums and noticing a lot of items I'd like to change as time permits. One of these is the forum topic areas and how they are organized! I wanted to talk to you all and make sure that any changes I make are okay, and also hear if you have other suggestions IN GENERAL for the forums OR outside of it! (specifically community related, not game related!). My ultimate goal is to promote the forums as a good area to keep in contact with each of you about the game, promote fan made items, hear your suggestions, etc, AND also give more chances to connect with one another. Here's the TL;DR of what I'm looking for in this thread: Make sure the list below is acceptable to change the forums organization to. Hear your additional suggestions to the organization (if any). ALSO hear OTHER suggestions to general community based things you'd like to see: Do you like having community spotlights maybe, such as in-game screenshot fashion votes or fanart collections? Would you like having custom-made Aion stickers or emojis? Other suggestions that would be fun to hang out here and engage together? ANYTHING ELSE? You saw something on another forum you liked? Crazy suggestions? Go ham, I wanna hear it all! Basically, let me know what might be fun or cool that you've seen done in the past or in other places! I'll add it to a list and see what things I might be able to do, again, if time permits! Sorry about not being able to DM, I forgot that's not set for inactive folks either If anyone else has a problem as an inactive account please do let me know here if you need! As a minor heads up, I'm working on some clean up on the forums in the background to hopefully remedy this issue by either a.) automatically set them back as daeva or b.) completely clean out the backend to where people just need to re-register very fast. I'll keep you all updated on what's officially happening as soon as I have more information and time!
