Logging into the game but can't to the site

A friend asked me to make this question here (I do not have this issue). So he can log into the game with no issues, when he tries to log into the site he is met with an error message and there is nothing he can do to enter the site. I tried to log my account from his machine and it worked.

I repeat: his account is not banned, he plays without an issue. I logged my account from his pc and it logged correctly!

He contacted support directly from the mail but they didn't help much, does anyone else have the same issue?
