Support tab is not working

I think the in game support menu hasn't worked for awhile.

What does seem to work is sending an email from the account used to set up your game account, with something like "Item restoration" in the subject line, with a brief description of what you want restored in the body of the email.

So far I've used this method twice succesfully. You should get an initial response within a day, and if support can restore your item it should be done within one or two days after the initial response.
