Some highlighting of undocumented changes:

  • Former unique racial skills
    • The respective Elyos/Asmodian versions of the skill pairs now share cooldown
  • Assassin
    • Darkness Rune I Bonus Effect:
      • Blind effects increased from 50/70 to 90/100
    • Darkness  / Radiant Rune I Bonus Effects
      • Acc mod +200 added
    • Rune Swipe I
      • Signet Burst Fire Damage 587 (16) -> 1739 (26)
    • Share cooldown: Spelldodging, Shadow Rage
    • Throw Dagger
      • No longer limited to flight
      • Does not share cooldown with Ambush
      • Cooldown 40s -> 120s
  • Priest
    • Hallowed Strike
      • Acc mod +500 added
  • Templar
    • Blunting Severe Blow
      • Now procs Blunting Severe Blow Effect on successful hit
        • +20% PvE Attack (20s)
    • Dazing Severe Blow
      • No longer shares cooldown with Blunting Severe Blow and Weakening Severe Blow
    • Focus Capture I
      • No longer shares cooldown with Doom Lure I
      • Cooldown 30s -> 60s
  • Cleric
    • Removed acc mods of -50
      • Smite
      • Punishing Wind I
      • Slashing Wind I
      • Chastise
    • Removed acc mods of -100
      • Punishing Wind II
      • Slashing Wind II
      • Word of Destruction
    • Root I
      • acc mod boosted from -150 to +300
  • Ranger
    • Spiral Arrow
      • Removed acc mods of -300
    • Bestial Fury I
      • Attack range penalty lessened from -15 to -13
      • Now a toggle skill
    • Focused Shots I
      • Removed cast time of 0.5s
      • MP cost 248 -> 199
  • Sorcerer
    • Ice Harpoon II
      • Removed acc mod of  -100
    • Aether's Hold
      • Removed acc mod (-200 for I, II, -250 for III)
  • Godstone proc skills
    • Acc mod lowered from +100 to -300
  • Shulack Bomb (Steel Rake)
    • Fixed damage increased from 2,000 to 4,000
