When you deleted them, were they on KT already or were they on EK? Were they of the opposite race as your other characters and on KT? Just trying to pin down what the issue might be. Aly-DN Posted May 27, 2019 Share Posted May 27, 2019 Hmm. The only thing I can think of is that it might not be there until reset.. which isn't what Support said, but seems reasonable. One other question, when you deleted it, did you make any other characters? Meaning.. with this character returning do you have over the max number of characters on one account? I'm pretty sure they say that "it may take up to 24h for it to appear". They always say that and it always takes about 3h or a little bit more.
