Syl-KT Posted November 9, 2020 Share Posted November 9, 2020 The Submit a Ticket and My Tickets links are not working. The links sends me to the Accounts Home page not the support ticketing systems. Additionally, the phone number provided only has one working extension that sends you directly to voicemail. I left several voicemails and obviously none has responded. All this because I purchased Black Cloud Coins and three days later there is no processing or coins, and I was charged!
