  1. This is not a new bug (the loading errors have been happening since at least 2018) and most players already know what to do to when that error message comes up. 

    I agree it is super annoying and needs to be fixed.

    From my perspective, they have not fixed it because the BCM normally works within the first 20-30min after opening the game. Eventually it stops working, you'll get the 404 loading error and it won't let you buy anything until you completely close it out and relaunch the game again. 

    Maybe others have it more often now?

    Why are the Doguri items taken down from the shop? The webpage (https://www.aiononline.com/en-us/news/help-doguri-and-receive-special-rewards) says:

    Sale Duration: April 18 - May 9

    It should still be up for purchase today (May 9/23) and I wanted to buy the Doguri Special Bundle for 1200BCcoin for my friend who missed out buying the motion from the event NPC because the Elyos always had control over it. Thank you.

    They replied:

    The item is intended to be unavailable on May 09, 2023. It is possible that due to timezone differences, that the item was removed from your end earlier.

    Hello @Wissp,

    Thank the team for fixing the Abyssal Splinter, it seems fine once again. 

    I see that the GP season has partially reset, but I never got any rewards from it sent to my mailbox like what happened the last season. The ranking list is still showing all the last season's values. Will it be delayed?

    Also, no rewards have been further mentioned or compensated for the GP season we did not get mail from when the patch was implemented.  See here for @Roseae's list:

  7. No news on a fix for the Abyssal Splinter?

    By the way, there is also an NPC called Cold Airo that appears in there depending on the day.

    Cold Airo and Cruel Airo are both of the NPC names that give quests.

      Also, it's not just a text issue that's a problem. The quests do not work, as well as the box at the end can not be clicked on.

  9. Of course something broke while something else was being fixed...this is what happens when you leave quests unsupervised 🫠

    Yes, the box at the end is bugged too. 

    If you still really want to do the instance, you will need to wait out the 2 minute starting timer,  do the usual  1,000,000m+  damage on the boss and wait out the 5 minute timer.

    This event was clearly copied over from the Frozen Magic event, which makes one wonder if the prizes listed above are even accurate?

  12. - Since the latest update, some players can not use the Daeva Pass Season 7 Attack and Defense Jewels they paid for. There is no spot in the event tab of the collection window to place them.

    -Players had their collections deleted during the server merge in 2021 and are still waiting on a fix

    They stopped adjusting for daylight savings since 2018.

    True, there's a few different possibilities that it could be. I'm leaning towards them pushing some kind of BCM sale, because why would they launch two activity events at once..?

    It's been there for me since patch... Have you tried left clicking on the item in your inventory and clicking the book with swords icon to try forcing it to pop up the collection window?

    I did have a post started.

    It is crucial for you to add to your list that we are not getting the new renown types rewarded from many quests in Apsaranta. Quests that should be rewarding Lethal Hymm/Daeva of Zephyr FEXP are giving the old Veilbreaker/Lifekeeper FEXP.

  17. Going into the Instance Server (LFG, red portals, etc.) breaks the Paragon Event Pass

    Until they fix it, if you want to progress your alts through it, DO NOT GO INTO THE INSTANCE SERVER

     

    Entrar en el servidor de instancias (LFG, portales rojos, etc.) rompe el Pase de evento Paragon

    Hasta que lo arreglen, si quieres que tus alt progresen a través de él, NO ENTRES AL SERVIDOR DE INSTANCIA

     

    I thought since my Cleric could not progress through her Paragon Event pass (it's stuck at Level 1 at 0/100) that the rest of my account was also not working.

    I was wrong. I logged into my alts today and all of them were working just fine.

    That is, until I went into Apsa to kill the 10 daily mobs, which made the event break!

    On my vandal I was at 26/30 food/drinks before I went into Apsa. I killed 3 mobs before I realized it was not recording it. I tried popping more food to finish it off to 30/30 and it would not progress. Going back to Gelk did not help. Relogging did not fix it. It's stuck/bugged now. I tried the same thing on my songweaver and had the same result. 😔

    (...helping a friend's alt with IDD for the prestige quest broke their pass.. I'm so sorry I didn't know sooner)
