I've never seen that pop up, I only ever get the 404 Loading error that you posted. Of course, it's still there and not fixed.
Maybe one day they will realize that they are losing sales from this. When I see this error, I usually just close the BCM and not buy whatever it is, because relogging runs a chance of launcher errors preventing me from getting back in the game.

They need to sticky a thread for all the known bugs for this patch that they are going to have to work on.

Also, now you're going to confuse people who are going to read "none of your progress or anything should get deleted" and think that absolutely nothing gets removed when the event is over.

I try to get as many quests done when they are blue, and the site's quests don't reset every day. So the next day when I come onto the map, most of the ones that are blue have no new quest to do. I guess I could leave quests with 2d on it for the next days, but I've tried that last season and most of the time those sites stayed green and I couldn't flip them, so I lost out. I only play a few hours every day after work. Everything along the bottom takes hours to finish solo, especially when I'm constantly getting pvp'd.

Those holy waters are suppose to be for the last season. That's why they don't work.
I suggest sending in a ticket to see if they can either convert them, or give you a different prize from the box...and stop pulling them out for now until you get an answer.
@EMpulse Maybe you can clarify what will happen to these old holy water prizes people are taking out of the stormwing boxes?

@EMpulse The item collection entries for the new kerub season are not on the event tab in the window. Please add it to your list of things to fix.

1. No daily login reward. With Lugbug we would receive a Dimensional Hourglass daily, so we could refill it if we spent it yesterday. On Daeva's Pass we only received it once on the 1st login, but the 2nd one doesn't give it and I don't see it anywhere in future planned rewards. How are we supposed to refill it if we spend it in Lakrum and Demaha???
2. No rewards for each quest (in daily quests) but only for 4 quests together, and they include Doing a Legion Quest in Apsaranta. What if I don't love Apsaranta, don't understand how to do "legion quests" there or there's no conditions (like our faction conquered a base)? I used to come to 1 or 2 operation sites in Apsaranta trying to get a quest, there were friendly npcs (our faction?) but there was no one to give a quest at all! No one!! I found something about "Legion renown" in the game interface. I have 0 of that, we've never got renown tonics for those while we got lots of tonics for Gelkmaros, Inggisson, Demaha, Katalam, Silentera Canyon. How am I supposed to grow my "legion renown" if I don't get any quests for it???
3. The quest giving Luna Materials Bundle was removed and there is no substitution for it! I was in Luna daily and weekly, it's same as before, the weekly one only gives materials without Luna Light, and you can only get 1 Luna Light in 7 weeks taking loot from the chest. How are we supposed to earn Luna materials now???
Along with this, its especially shocking to read this:

Do you mean we should pay 2240 Luna for the period October 19, 2022 – November 16, 2022? On each character?? And for another month to pay the same amount again? Are you crazy, NCSoft??? Is Aion no longer free to play, let alone "Truly free"???
Free rewards don't look much interesting, compared to what we had from Lugbug.

4. Regarding the "Harvest Revel"event. There is some error or the lie is "working as intended": "Speak with Kabe, the Candy Master each day to receive 2 [BCM] Harvest Revel Transformation Candy Baskets to sample the seasonal transformations! " It's a lie! I tried the Kabe's quest, she doesn't give any seasonal transformation potions (as it was 3 years ago - Vampires etc), she gives plain ancient transformation potions that just occupy space in our bags! What are they needed for?? The quest to eat, drink, use potions & scrolls doesn't reward anything alone. You need to go to Apsaranta to do a legion quest. Who will use legendary potions and do a legion quest in Apsaranta??? It's nonsense! Everyone has lots of Ultimate transformation potions (Zikel, Nezekan), plus Legendary Apostle and sometimes Ultimate transformation contracts!
Please give Lugbug back!!!
I really miss all the benefits from lugbug as well. It gave me a bunch of activities to do while I was online, and some flexibility for how I wanted to finish.
The pass is kind of broken as well, because the food and potions I use don't count for the one task. I literally have to go and buy the cheapest food and drinks and stand there clicking them back and forth in order to finish.
It is hard to do the apsa quests, especially as an Asmodian because most of the time the map is all green, or my quest in the site that is blue is already finished. Finding a group is also nearly impossible.The only time I even consider buying luna is when they sell the bonus bundles near the end of the year. They use to have a fair system in place that let you at least earn something worth your time.
I haven't done the Kabe quest in years, it's been useless and a waste of space. They should've updated the candies a long long time ago, or at least given us items to be used in the transmutation window.

If you check the news, there have been lots of world wide issues on the internet since last week because cables in France got cut and things had to be rerouted, etc etc. I don't think everything has been fixed 100% yet since that happened. Consider that as part of the problem, in addition to all the other possible reasons it isn't working.
I get all the same errors as well all the time, but it's very random.

You have all this week and next week to get stormwing gifts and open them. Hopefully they will add an update to the Impressive Gift Box after this up coming maintenance so you can pull the refining stone/sanctity potion bundle out of it.

It's true we won't be able to store most of them in the warehouse anymore. There will still be a version of it that you can, plus put on broker [item: 188970020]. I think it's the version you buy with insignias, craft and get from the campaign reward. But they might change it.

When you go to apsa and you walk the map, if you walk to a blue site (or green if you're an Ely) the quest will automatically pop up in your quest window (in the very last tab, called "Legion"). When you finish the quest, if the site is blue (or green if you're an Ely), it will automatically turn in. If the site has been flipped when you finish the quest, it will not auto complete. Sites 11 and 12 do not follow this rule, they do not need to be captured by your faction and can be picked up and finished whenever.
If the middle site, site 4 is blue, you can teleport to it because it has no renown requirement. When you get to renown level 2 you will be able to teleport to site 7 and 8 with the teleporters. You will also need an apsa teleport scroll for every time you want to use the teleporter.
When you or your faction capture a site it will be invulnerable for 30min. After 30min it will be considered vulnerable and the opposite faction can come flip it.
