5. Winner Selection. There will be 6 winner(s) (each a “Winner” and collectively the “Winners”), selected as follows:

Ignore my first paragraph, I just realized that you are asking about the Daeva pass seasons. I just saw their website post for Season 4. I don't think it should be interrupted by any patches. I don't know why you think the relic would have any correlation between the timers?
(The pass is at season 17 in classic and nothing from patches has broken the timer on it yet)

I don't think anyone can give you an exact answer. From what I've seen in the past concerning their attention to detail with regards to our ranks, it's inconsistent. The amount of times it's been bugged and not synchronized amounts to years worth of game play. They have shortened and extended rank seasons many times, so your "fact #1" is not actually fact. It's only approximate.
The date on the relic is just a place holder, or "best guess". It's not 100% certain we will get the next update to refresh it on that maintenance. If it is actually on that date I will be surprised! (It does look close though.) They may extend it like they did the first season, or shorten it like they did during the second season. It all depends on how far along they are with the next update and how they choose to execute their patching schedule.
Currently, I think we are about half way into our current relic season.

Relic season 3: October 19, 2022-Current (So far 84 Days as of Jan 11/23; 2 months, 24 days)
If April 19, 2023 is the end date, then this current season will be 182 days long (6 months, 1 day).
Maybe take a look at this old thread. I'm sure they will want to avoid this in future.

There are actually organizations out there that have been getting more involved in this aspect of discrimination, doxing, hate, harassment, religion, color, gender identity against large groups of people in online gaming. This practice seems to be a bigger issue than most people think and in some cases even led to suicides etc.
So all I'm doing here is trying to get you to open your eyes a little and respect other people also want to participate in all Aion game content and it should not be closed out to anyone. I hope for your support in this matter rather than your hate.. but do what you must and I will keep fighting the fight to make our game experience better than this.. It's not very friendly or fun to be putting together your alliance and league and have to worry about what legion name is next to a persons name... a person you may not know anything about except that.

Well thank you very much for responding and I can only hope that during your investigation and looking into your rules of conduct and user agreement that you do have provisions in there that protect users rights. and to protect groups of users (or legions) from discrimination or bias against other legions. One group of people, should not be preventing other groups of paying players (or even free to play players) from participating in game content, Good people who have invested much time and money in this game, Everyone should able to join an alliance league without worry of being discriminated against. Such as being prevented from doing Ardeth a world boss in the game, simply because you belong to a legion named "XYZ" or any other legion for that matter.
In this day and time we all know how discrimination, bias and doxing, hate or harassment can be damaging on so many levels and honestly it should not be allowed at any level. I certainly hope that Aion/NCSoft would not be supportive of this kind of bad in-game behaviour by certain individuals. It doesn't matter the reason, to disallow certain individuals or groups of individuals from participation is not okay. This game is open 24x7 and sometimes a legion can not always participate or have an alliance in every single time the boss is there and up.
Also I understand if there was someone from a legion that was ninja looting unfairly then that person needs to be dealt with individually (you do not discriminate against a whole group of people). In fact it seems to me that "BlahBlahBlah" and his minions have ninja the whole Ardeth WB boss away from many players. You do not ban entire legions or close out participation and only let those you like into a league. This should be an open option to all players regardless of legion name, color, race, gender or any other discriminating factors.In closing, If you do not specify this in your rules of conduct and leave it up to players like "BlahBlahBlah" to decide who he/she likes or who he/she doesn't then who is controlling the rules of the game? Is it Aion/NCSoft or "BlahBlahBlah?
I realize these things take time and my expectations on something like this is that it should be simple "DO NOT DISCRIMINATE OR HOLD BIAS AND DISALLOW ENTIRE GROUPS OF INDIVIDUALS OR LEGIONS FROM PARTICIPATION IN GAME CONTENT THAT IS MEANT FOR EVERYONE TO ENJOY" "CEASE AND DISMISS THIS PRACTICE IMMEDIATELY". I do hope that Aion will do the right thing and not allow this type of Bias or Discrimination and that all players should be treated equally, fairly and have the same opportunities as everyone else regardless of their legion name.
I do hope you do the right thing going forward with this matter. But how will I know that I can apply for the Ardeth WB in an alliance or even start a "XYZ" legion alliance without being told "NO" you can't join.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

They never do anything about it. There have been many occasions in the last decade where players did this to other players and nothing was done. Best of luck!
In all honesty, the Elyos have prevented the Asmodians from getting Ardeth ever since it's launch. At least your broker has stuff. I'm told that the Elyos broker is overflowing with all kinds of goodies. The only way Asmos are getting passive skill books is from events.

All the items I spent months working on that I put into my collection was reset to 0 when the server merge happened. There was nothing in my collection window at all, it got wiped clean. The stuff you see in my screenshot is gear in my inventory that could get added in one day.

I think that my alt character that was on Katalam before the server merge (that had nothing in her collection window) caused an over ride to the rest of my account that was imported from Danaria.

When transformations are brand new, I support the company doing unique events to try and give us a fresh way to obtain the transformation.
New things should be exciting! Also, stop forgetting about the runestones for the transformation. We need those too so the transformation can be used!
After 4-5 months, which should be more than enough time for whatever promotional events for it, the transformation should get added into the combination chances.
Give everyone a chance to complete their collections.
Please pass this on to Korea for us.

Had I seen this earlier, I would have suggested ticketing the billing department for a refund on one of the boxes (assuming you didn't use the scroll). I don't even understand why you were able to open two at once. Why did they stack??

I would just leave the scroll inside the box. I'll probably get another Nezekan in mine and do the same. There's really nothing to gain from pulling it out it if it's a duplicate.
The hope is that one day the key will be up on BCM for a reasonable price. What a legit slap in the face this is to players, especially because EU has a free key in their shop. Even KR has access to keys.

Log on as usual, position everything. Exit the whole game and client. Relaunch everything.
= the easiest way I found to help save it.
Do not go into the instance server when you do this because it seems to interfere with the game saving your settings. Crashes also seem to ruin the save file, as well as Send Log bugs.
