I mean... do they really need to make a poll for this? it's pretty obvious 100% of playerbase want to be able to farm stuff in open world.
Everyone been complaining about this change ever since they took drop off Theobomos and Brusthonin. The new maps being "pvp enabled" should have the original drop rate on them. Give people a reason to be on the map , it promote pvp organically , it fills the map with people farming mats/gear/godstones etc.
At the moment it is very hard to get enchantments stones and manastones and designs that are required to progress thru the game UNLESS you got pretty good luck in instances AND having to win roll against 5 other people.
North America Aion dosent have Korea Aion population , the nerf on drop might work for them since they have a crazy amount of bots running around but it only hurt us in NA , it pushes people away , nobody want to farm 3hours to get 1 white ring wich sell for 30k kinah and when you do get good luck in instance and get drop , the useful stuff that's for sale on broker sells for DOZEN of MILLIONS kinah.
Let's be real here , Aion Classic in NA isnt in a very good shape. 2.0 could had saved the past mistakes , and i get NCWest is pretty limited in what they can do without asking the mother company, but if you want people to stay in the game , and somewhat have a population growth , WE NEED TO HAVE ORIGINAL DROP RATE BACK.
It's not too late YET.

im like 5 part crit and 1 part attack so far using mix of ice black / Coin gear sitting at 1.5kish of accuracy i didnt get dodged yet in pve.
i would suggest accuracy as a 2nd set for pvp to counter block cleric but then again its pretty early game atm dont think you need to focus that yet.

For stigma pve : improved stamina , lockdown , crippling cut , draining blow , absorbing fury and berserking and absorbing fury ( you can also swap for dual wield at end game when you have a decent dw set with atk speed)
For pvp : improved stamina , lockdown , crippling cut , ankle snare , unwavering devotion ,berserking and slaughter
For the topic of GS vs Spears : it's really a matter of preference , Greatsword does have a more balanced damage output than Spears but spears have more bursty hits
spears are bit slower on animations than greatsword but they also benefit from a longer attack range of about 0.5m wich make chasing easier when you lack an extendable. Ideally you will wanna go for commander bakarma spear as end game weapon
As for manastones id go full crit until you hit soft cap of 440 for pve including scrolls and food then the rest in attack.
For pvp tho you might want a bit more crit like 500-550 ish then rest in attack.

dont waste your time on that one , not like its ever gonna act like a normal human being. Valedia constantly spamming LFG on DN -E to the point of havin 99% of the remaining player base blocking it , now that it dosent have much feedback on the game it came to the forum to do the exact same thing , i suggest you to use the block user option that's available on forum so that you dont have to read the constant spew of nonsense that come from that person. Also fun fact i got a 3 days ban on forum because i told ncsoft to fix their nyerking game and Valedia's here still allowed to post whatever it want after tellin people to put their sensitive belongings into other people mouth.
