The event we were given didn't include magic resist and magic accuracy manastones which the population really needs. The event stones are not even tradeable so I've been getting manastones I can't even use. We need the drop rates set back to what they were when classic released, everything seemed fine then. Yall are already recycling skins used in classic to the quna shop, says enough about the direction of where classic is heading.

You're complaining about godstones but you realize that the godstones you're crying about are obtained through the officer quest and you can also get godstones by turning in radiant tokens as well. Game has been out for over a year, NC has given AP pieces out and at this point anybody that has started by January of this year only logging in to do dredge and tiak could have gotten 50e. You cry pay to win but most of the community has 40/50e and some have a lot of pieces of 55e as well. Sounds like you're just the one who isn't good at pvp and want to make excuses.

Dude the drop rates were fine at the release of classic, they should just set it back to that. They just need to stop half assing stuff, don't give them any ideas.

They probably weren't even considering it until they saw the community getting to the point to where they realized we just weren't putting up with it anymore. A few more weeks of discussion? A zoom call could fix this, reset drop rates back to the way they were at when classic released and they'd be done. 100% guarantee why they want a few weeks to work this or come to a resolve is because absolutely nothing has been done prior to them saying "oh crap lets write a community letter." 200% kinah drop rate, what good is that? There's nothing that drops kinah.

Nobody cares about any of this, fix the issue that your community is literally screaming at you about. These drop rates are a joke and this issue has gone on long enough. We are losing population like crazy and the community has voiced their strong opinion on this.

I mean honestly who cares about private servers. If people are leaving classic for PS it's because NC anyways. They always tell the community to voice their opinions and concerns on the forums because this is the place that it will be heard and game modifications will be made based off of this. Right now NC is sitting at a point even lower than the AP trading fiasco and SR bans in 1.2. Nobody wants to play the game because there's no benefit behind doing anything. I can't even work on 55e armor because there's no MR stones on the broker. When it takes about 200 MR 14's minimum to slot gear it's not really worth even thinking about. They are literally killing the game. What's the point of an MMO with no loot.

Rin has nothing to do with it and is probably one of the reasons she is leaving. We have been hounding the NC devs for over a month to make sure drop rates were right and it's been crickets outside of Rin saying she is trying to get something done.

Yep, Rin did a fantastic job voicing the needs and concerns of the community but had no control over the outcome. It's all downhill from here.

One year anniversary and an admin is quitting after passionately pleading to the higher ups to make impactful changes for the health of the game over the past few months that she was in her position. I wouldn't expect much from here on out.

Probably won't get an answer on this, it's been weeks and at this point it seems as if they are just avoiding it.

Translation: Thank you for the nice help, I've known Aion for a long time at Gameforge in Aion EU, I've played there since 2013, but from update 6.0 the game became less and less interesting now I'm looking for a way to find love for the game again. But I'm very confused about the seal aura activations that are supposed to activate at 9am every day, which didn't happen. I unsubscribed yesterday and still couldn't find an activation today. Another issue I see is that I noticed on my second characters that I was logged out with more than 50 minutes of gameplay and today Seal Aura is still off. According to the NCsoft website, the remaining time should be preserved, which is not the case. I can imagine buying a subscription but I want the free version to work properly first.

I don't think anybody is coming down on Rin, just the unfortunate circumstance happens to be that there's no real support through their own support portal and they rely on us posting on the forums for issues to be escalated and resolved so it falls in her lap. She has done a fantastic job thus far. Now the 2.0 drop rates issue was actually brought up 1-2 weeks before 2.0 actually released. So you're talking about around a month of the entire community (except one person) complaining about the drops being removed from open world. There was somebody that played Korea who posted on our forums prior to release about this. So they have known for that long and taken no inaction so everybody has a right to be a little upset about it at this point. Regardless if NC micromanages NCWest or not, our only voice or course of action besides ingame repercussions (unsubbing, hackers, botters, RMT) is voicing our opinion on the forums.

Unfortunately a lot of players don't know how to play their classes effectively.

@Rinwhen are we going to get some feedback on the fort reset scrolls and when is action going to be taken on the drop rates? Also, if the Krotan, Kysis, Miren fort instances have been bumped up to lvl 55 balaur, can we get the balaur material loot tables to match please? We should be looting firm mats in those instances, thanks.

It's funny because they're blaming it on windows 11 but it's not a Win 11 issue. I know so many people still on 10 and having these same crashes.

NC Support tried to play it off as a Windows 11 issue but I've had minor issues in the past with the client, right now the game is almost unplayable for me.

Yeah I still have a bunch of reset scrolls as well. I mean it would be nice to get even instance selection scrolls for the ones we have for KKM, including BT/Udas. Nobody wants dc/tl/dp scrolls
