Initially contacted support to see about the keys and they referred me to forums so here I am. When will the keys be on BCM so I can reroll my transformation to get the one I want or would I be able to use one of my reset tokens on the item to see if I get the transformation I want? There's no other way to get the key until that event or a similar one comes back. Knowing NC, they might bring it back for the winter events, but no guarantee. It was only placed there one time, as mentioned above. It was priced very stupidly as well. Quote Customer Support will not be providing any restorations related to transformations.[11/03/2022] They dont restore anymore, another case of creating an issue to sell you the solution.
