Downtime will begin at 6am Server Time (4am PT / 7am ET / 12pm UTC) and will conclude after approximately 2 hours. I mean, their biggest f up was the Steel Rake debacle where they banned a ton of innocent people for doing the repeatable hat quest and they never apologized for it. We're going to get 2.5 in Jan, their update schedule has been pretty tightly done on a 4 month basis. 2.0 came out at the end of May, the 25th https://www.aiononline.com/en-us/news/classic-update-pv-2022 and 2.4 came out at the end of September, the 28th https://www.aiononline.com/en-us/news/aion-2-4-update-wrath-of-the-storm-patch-notes so we can expect 2.5 to come out at the end of January , even though NC hasn't said anything themselves yet (which is typical, they never talk to the playerbase).
