Of course. Cleared browsers, renewed IP first. No luck in any browser I have installed except Internet Explorer. I do volunteer tech support for my ISP and a couple of other games, so yeah, I know the basics to try first.

Yes and, I do, I was suggesting the work around I found so others could try it. Might be because for me, My ISP has it's own Chromium browser, with it's own acceleration technology. Maybe NCSoft doesn't like it. (Viasat Browser, which is Chromium AKA Chrome with tweaks to make satellite internet load faster.)

This happened to me in the past, support told me that it was happening because their automated systems flagged my account as high risk. I am assuming it was flagged in my case due to using the same PayPal Email address on a couple different accounts. Support told me I had to wait it out, it cleared itself up after 2-3 weeks.
