Bryos-DN Posted February 8, 2018 Share Posted February 8, 2018 That is the Denku set. Basically, in-game, it is only available by crafting it through armorsmithing and tailoring. The problem is getting the materials, in particular "cruxes" which you can only get from bosses summoned in Levinshor with an item called "Ancestor's Relic". Rare as nyerk to get. Therefore, most players have the event skin version, which only comes from events and on rare occasions the BCM (store).
