Can dragonbound and abyssal skins from guestblooms cross remodel ?

I want to use cloth skins to remodel on leathers or this only possible by buying bcm items only ?

The armour from the guestbloom is actual armour, so, no, you are restricted by materials. The only "Clothing" type of that set is from the BCM.
