Why i don't receive any daily or weekly quests from Charlirunerks Daemons?

I recently joined with Charlirunerks Daemons almost a week ago and i haven't receive any daily or weekly quests. Do i have to go to a specific NPC to pick up the quest or do i need to reach a certain level to start receiving them?

The daily quest is from the scroll(?) to the right of your main skill bar. One of those floating icons to the right of your skillbar lol.

Perhaps if you still have an incomplete quest from a previous organization, you will have to turn  that in, or abandon it.
