What's up with arena and a-dredge only being available during 8pm-1am

There are two vulns each day. There is one from 11am until 1pm and then another between 7pm and 1am. All times are server time.

Right. It's one each day except Sunday when all are. Cyan posted a list somewhere. It's Dredg-Mon, ID-Tues, Evergale-Wed, Dredg-Thurs, ID-Fri, Evergale-Sat and all three on Sunday. I believe.
