Activate Prestige pack

I have enough ncsoft coins to buy prestige pack and when i try to subscribe to prestige pack it tells me to buy ncsoft coins to activate it ... does anyone know why ?

Even though the store makes it look like you can buy it with the coins, you have to purchase it separately using a credit card or Paypal. From the terms & conditions:

Billing and Payment

• Recurring Pack Subscriptions may be paid for with most major credit cards or PayPal ("Payment Method"). NCoin cannot be used to purchase Recurring Pack Subscriptions.

or how can i active pretige pack ,

It takes more than a few minutes. Wait a bit longer. The codes can be found front page of the website, My Account (top right hand corner), pull down menu to Apply A Code. The codes will be there once your payment and everything processes.

I think the reason why it lists 1200 NCoin as the price is because 1200 for $15 is the amount in between the 800 for $10 and 1600 for $20 price listed on the NCoin buying page.  I would also assume that possibly in the Asian markets you can buy the prestige packs with NCoin but the rest of the markets you can't.  That last bit I can't confirm but only assume that's how it goes.
