Aly-DN Posted May 10, 2019 Share Posted May 10, 2019 Goodness. No one was banned for using a ping reducer. This was discussed here. In short, it looks like Support banned a block of IPs because they were being used by bots. Those bots were actually connecting to the game through a certain ping reducer and so any actual player connecting through those same IPs were also banned. It seems that most players who contacted Support have been unbanned. If you have not been unbanned yet, create ONE ticket with Support and then wait for their reply. Do not bump your ticket. That actually puts you at the bottom of the pile of tickets rather than get your ticket looked at quicker. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I know it's tough, but try not to do it in all caps and with swear words. Don't bump the ticket. Let them reply. As you can read in the thread that I linked, many players were unbanned within hours. You can even link them the thread I linked to you where players were mistakenly banned like you and have now been unbanned. Or don't. And just stay banned and angry. That's an option, too.
