TaygetaErra Posted March 3, 2020 Share Posted March 3, 2020 Subj. Why did NCsoft stop selling Unbinding stones? They are needed not only for items from the old patches but for the new patches too! Please make unbinding stones available on BCM! Also, the new patches (6, 7) made many old things wrappable which weren't wrappable before. So why don't they sell wrapping scrolls anymore? Today I took Souldusk wings crafted by my other toon and thought, this appearance would fit this character. I enchanted them to +15 and soulbound them, but then noticed that they were not mystic but physical! Especially I pity spent enchantment stones. And then I can't get an unbinding stone anywhere!! I would use them for another toon or sell on the broker! To write to Support? Once I had a similar case and asked them to unbind a thing soulbound on the same day, but they refused to unbind it! How do they arrive? It was launched 2 months ago but I never saw them. So, if I have a restoration token, it won't let me unbind a thing as you say??? Pfffftt! Pfffftt! You get 2 on January 1st and then 2 more on July 1st. They don't stack, so if you don't use the 2 from January, you lose them. There is nowhere that shows you have them. I've already used both of mine for minion restoration. My boyfriend attempted to use one of his restoration tokens to unbind his Ultimate Noble Soldusk Necklace and was told by support that they would not use a restoration token for this request. @Arhangelos-KT, he also attempted to use a restoration token to re-box an opened legendary contract OR undo a combination of two legendary contracts and was told they won't do either of those things either. Why? You can make a restoration request directly to their email at support@aiononline.com.
