Will there ever be a NPC to upgrade useless silver cubics

Having a ton of silver cubics from  Qubrinerk monster cubic lab, but no way of upgrading them and you rarely get the golden cubics, so as the title said will there be?

As of Korea's current patch, no, they cannot be upgraded.

However, there is a function in a future NA patch called Lumiel's Transformation which allows you to throw random items into a combiner and it turns out other items. You can throw cubics in there. Here is a video of it.

Looks like the RNG on this will most likely give junk in the end lolz. Better than nothing though, most of these items sell for  1 kinah so I'd rather gamble them.
