Few items missing to to moprh pve enchantment stones. (Please, Important read)

This seems to be not addressed yet so I'll do it.

@Kibbelz @Loki Thanks for bringing morphing back but some items are missing after new patch. These items dont drop from mobs anymore so only way to get them are to craft them in Aetherforging. This custom thing for NA so I understand it was not implemented immediately for this patch. I hope this gets fixed soon.

I think magic cyrstals were needed to craft them (Also 3 types).These are in game now.

Bump, we need those as well for the morphs.

OR update the recipes to the new materials and make all old materials upgraded to new as well. After all the old materials are useless now as far as I am concerned in any other way.
