Gender-Change Tickets Refunds for Female Dual-Wield Characters

Hi everyone,

If you purchased a gender-change ticket yesterday due to the dual-wield issue affecting female characters, we would like to refund your purchase as well as grant a free ticket which you can use to swap your character's gender back (if you so choose).

In order to make a request, please ensure that you purchased your gender-change ticket prior to the issue's hotfix which was deployed on 6/23 at 9pm PT. In addition, your character must have been impacted by this bug, which means it is restricted to users who had female characters with the capacity to dual-wield.

If you deleted your character after applying the founders pack can that be restored to the new character?
