DO NOT feed NCSoft/NCwest more money people please.... Give them nothing... ask them to first remove the ban or the IP restriction. Some of us cannot even login anymore... Forget about the RNG, if they had brain and a little business sense, they would have at least made the first item a BCM item so that they could make more money. People would definitely spend more money to get the the $ type ultimate and then the final RNG. Whoever runs the show, I can tell that has not sense of business to generate revenue... Must have a sad life.... My 2 cents, replace the management that has plan to kill this game and invest in your players...

Unbelievable, still no answer or update... assign one of us as the moderator and give us full access to your dev team... All you need to do is sit back and watch how this game would flourish one more time. I guarantee you growth and fueling the revenue. I am offering a free business development consulting and would not charge you a single penny. Players will return, NCwest would make a lot more money, better management and more... I am sure you have heard the term "Customer Service", that is what I would be teaching to your support as well...

@EMpulsejust a reminder that we have not received the holy water. As TrinityStarr stated, you will lose those who support this game and pay for the server hosting. Time for you to forward this thread to the right Department if you are unable to answer or update us. I can tell you that if we don't get the holy water, there will be no more revenue generating, that I promise you.... @LokiSince this is comes from the production team, maybe @Lokican step in and resolve the issue...

Not sure who runs the support. That was from a Sr. GM. I am telling you guys, this game has no value anymore... NCWest has no moral anymore... time to move on to something that appreciates your business. There is no sense of business or customer service left in NCSoft/NCwest. Maybe they should take a class from the European management. bunch of kids might be running the show...

So I opened a ticket with the support and guess what they wrote back... So I don't know who runs the sensing department on NCSoft/NCWest, but I think there is no brain out there at all.... "We know that this is not the answer you may looking for, but we can only ask for your understanding." What?????????

This post is made to let NCWest know that they made a very unfair decision without any logical calculation. So please stop bitching at each other on this post and if you would like to do so then get a room. Again, here ya tell NCWest to respect the players and those who support and pay the server's bills. So scream as loud as you can at NCwest until they hear us and make the right and logical decision to send the Holey Water to all toons that made it to proper relic level.

This is absolutely unacceptable and unfairer. There are some of us that grinded day and night and made it to 300 in a month or two. Yet you guys put the date on the damn thing to just mess with us, specially those who support this game. It is time for you to send the relic reward to all players who completed the 300 relic before the damn date range you posted. Do you have brain to think about this before ya decide on the dates.

hehe NCWest does not even read this forum... They don't have anyone to do so... management is been dead sine the time when in-game GMs were gone... Support is horrible.... NCWest, it is time to pull the plug and refund every player that supported this game over a decade...

I personally went around the map for almost 3 hours and did not see one single hidden mob, objects that include boxes, rock and so forth...

@Mrplatino-DNTrue that, it is time to say bye to Aion, been a fun run.... But unfortunately NCSoft/NCwest murdered the Aion Retail... I just don't understand the business model they have been following. I came back to this game after 10 years and was hoping that this game will survive and been supporting it, but it seems that the management does not give a rat's ass about players. I guess time to move to a game where players are appreciated and the support is way better. The 500 shards and 6 breaths take forever to complete and yet the result is RNG and NOT qualified for RESTORATION... I mean this is some BS policy... Support wrote back to me saying the result is random by design... Well what is not RNG in this game, minion combination is RNG, combining Legendary Contracts, the result is RNG... I mean what would they lose to restore the damn thing... NCSoft/NCWest - ya just lost some good players and supporters of this game... Can't wait to see when the doors will shut for good...

These are some good points. In addition to these, the weekly renown reduction is just too much, 65% at level 9. Some of us have multiple toons that are level 9 renown in different regions. 65% reduction is a LOT. Also gaining renown in APSA is taking forever now, especially for under geared individuals. Did you guys even think about this before implementing something that even discourages the players further not to PLAY THIS GAME ANYMORE... When will you guys learn how to do business please... We are here to help... Pay attention to your customer's needs and feedback...

This is not what support told me... I enchanted three +8 weapons to +9. Each +8 weapon on different toons. There is no where it is stated in the original event post that the enchanting has to be done on one toon. This was not clear and explained clearly on the event note. The updated reply from @Rinon page was too late for me. It was replied a little too late I was already achieved the criteria that is stated on the event page. There is gonna be legal action if players don't get the rewards if the achieved what is mentioned on the event post. There is no where it says clearly that the enchanting has to be done on one toon.... this would not make sense to achieve that...

I did open a ticket and they said it is account wide, but if you look at the march 23rd maintenance post, it was updated and that does not confirm what support sent me.

@RinI believe @Mrplatino-DNbrought up good points. I highly support this idea and would like to see other ways of achieving the Apsotle 12 types Transformation. I firmly believe that implementing other solutions other than the BCM Sales will bring live to this community. Just to point out even our deep pockets are getting narrower... Time to come up with something better that would not only benefit the community but your business as well. This may fuel the business growth as well.
