Hime and Cyan Mail

I hope you also submitted the ticket that Nyali is talking about. Hime and Cyan would have to work through Support and being able to give them the ticket number helps tremendously. I don't think that the Community Managers are our first line of defense. That would be Support anyway. Cyan and Hime would be a resource to use only after Support has failed, I would think.

As to why it's been 2 months and someone hasn't answered you, maybe her mail box is flooded and your message just slipped by. Unless you think it was purposeful?
