In the past I have always used https://support.aiononline.com/hc/en-us for opening support tickets, and it's always worked for me, but for some reason it's not responding. Instead, please submit your ticket to https://us-support.ncsoft.com/faq/aionncw. Also, we have identified the issue of Nezekan server not being included on the Support Page options, and will work on fixing it soon. Thank you for the report.
