Downtime will begin at 3:00 pm PDT / 10:00 pm UTC / 5:00 pm CDT and will conclude after approximately 4 hours. Silentera event is on Classic servers. I wouldn't hold your breath regarding compensation. Today was a disaster. The fact NC sat there and did nothing is very telling.
