Where everybody have fixed stats fixed hp/mp fixed level and in the end of instance of this mode everybody receives a great reward and great exp.(Maybe tempering solutions/omega stones why not ) It would be eliminate things like gears check level check everybody equal and make it fun not just elite people. Ofc it would be revive dead lowbie instances too cause ur level does not matter. Just my idea If you like it let me know if the comment down below.
