Neleth-KT
I try it on mob in linkgate and I got about +1000 flat dmg added on my normally dragon song dmg. So is it same to sorc's aetherflame too ?
Mempo-KT
I'm not sure, but I think I remember reading somewhere that Sorcerer DP skills dealt damage split between physical and magical, but still scaled with MB. Also not sure if that applies to balaur damage as well, but it makes sense that it would be the same.

The Secret Cow Level
Just did a test, and found out that the conditional damage on spells are not affected by Magic Boost. (Example: Aetherflame additional damage vs Balaur) So that conditional damage seems to work like how the additive bonus damage on physical attack skills work. Attacker Class: Sorcerer (120 knowledge) Level: 72 Magic boost: 4169 Defender Monster: North Picket Force Subjugator (Levinshor balaur camp boss, Common grade 4) Level: 65 Magic Defense (estimated): 460 Magic Suppression: 0 Skills: +8 Aetherflame Lv 1: 3744 base damage, 764 conditional damage (vs. Balaur) Actual damage: 17191 Glacial Shard Lv 3: 4335 damage Actual damage: 19028 Storm Strike Lv 8: 5292 damage Actual damage: 23238 Model: (+8 Aetherflame) formula (not including conditional damage): output damage = skill damage * (knowledge / 100 + Net MB / 1000) - magic defense / 10 3744 * (120 / 100 + 3200 / 1000) - 460 / 10 = 16427 (not counting conditional damage) 16427 + 764 = 17191
Neleth-KT
Can it crit with crit strike ? if yes does attack + dmg on it ? Thank you for testing moomoomoo
The Secret Cow Level
New test done. The conditional damage can crit with crit spell, as critical damage is calculated at the end step (after physical/magical defense). Crit modifier for spells are always 1.5. It is still part of the same spell damage though. And spells are not affected by magical attack. Attacker Class: Sorcerer (120 knowledge) Level: 72 Magic boost: 4469 Crit spell: 658 Aetherblaze (+15% spell damage) active Defender Monster: North Picket Force Subjugator (Levinshor balaur camp boss, Common grade 4) Level: 65 Magic Defense (estimated): 460 Magic Suppression: 0 Skills: +8 Aetherflame Lv 1: 3744 base damage, 764 conditional damage (vs. Balaur) 6 hits, 1 crits Actual damage: 19776 Critical damage: 29664 Glacial Shard Lv 3: 4335 damage 6 hits, 4 crits Actual damage: 21889 Critical damage: 32883 Storm Strike Lv 8: 5292 damage 6 hits, 3 crits Actual damage: 26730 Critical damage: 40095 Model: (+8 Aetherflame) formula: output damage = (skill damage * (knowledge / 100 + Net MB / 1000) + conditional damage) * percentage skill bonus - magic defense / 10 (3744 * (120 / 100 + 3200 / 1000) + 764) * 1.15 - 460 / 10 = 19777 19777 * 1.5 = 29665
