It is lovely to see Windows 7 again.

😍

  • Is the NCLauncher2 updated to version 2.2.0.651?
  • Try restarting your PC. This will free up some memory.
  • Try repairing AION_CLASSIC by clicking on the "Scan File" button next to it.

Which version of Windows 7 are you using? Is it 32-bit or 64-bit?

And then again:

  • Do you have enough free space on your disk/partition and RAM?
  • Do you have a fixed "pagefile" (VRAM) for example of 8 GB ?
  • Are your graphics drivers updated?
  • Is your machine updated as well as DirectX, .NET Framework and C++ Redistributables (x86: vc_redist.x86.exe, x64: vc_redist.x64.exe)?
  • Use Windows' integrated "Disk Cleanup", which can easily free up a minimum of 4 GB... check system files.
  • Do you use a worse Anti-Vir software which is already a Virus itself?

and the most painful thing is that I already paid the membership

They will refund it if you can't get into the game.

I have 2 PCs, the old one is win 7 32 bit, and the other one is win 10 64 bit. The old one has the same issue with yours. But I can run the live server on my 32 bit pc. Maybe the issue is on the 32 bit?

the solution was that I had to delete the bin64 folder and change the name to bin64 to the bin32 folder

yes 100%

I am surprised it ran, I use to struggle with a Core 2 duo CPU  PC, that only had 2GB of RAM when Aion first came out.

I had to take it up to 4GB of which only 3GB was recognized by windows 7 32bit. But that was enough to play Aion for the first few years.
