Downtime will begin at 6am Server Time (4am PT / 7am ET / 12pm UTC+1), and will conclude after approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes. On the event page it says that it lasts until 3/29, but the quests can no longer be delivered after 3/27 and due to this misleading data, many players have been left unable to finish the event and all the effort has been been in vain and has practically ended before the mentioned.
