Downtime will begin at 3:00 pm PDT / 10:00 pm UTC / 5:00 pm CDT and will conclude after approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. UPDATE: We sincerely apologize for the extended server maintenance on 5/9. Just for clarification, do you intend to charge $ for both Siels Aura and sell lock box keys in the daeva pass to unlock box's? What does "All Rarities" mean to you within the benefits of buying Siels Aura? How much have y'all set aside for lawsuits for double charging your customers for the same thing? Maybe for your next brilliant idea, you will implement loot boxes that allow you to attend Fort Sieges, that you need $$ to unlock and without said ticket, you get barred from entering any Vulnerable forts????? Another banger: Remove everyone's ability to enter dregion 1x per day, as you've removed our ability to do it 3x a day in the recent past. Then sell loot boxes that let you enter dregion 1x a day. Remove everyone's ability to do any quests both campaign and blue quests alike. Then sell loot boxes that let you complete 1 single quest, cost $50 per box for each quest! Sell the ability to Run, not run scrolls mind you... you can still make us mindlessly click those pots every 5 mins, there is no reason everyone should be able to just run from here to there. It hasn't come up once, but the game servers keep coming up and going down. Like they keep on testing changes and restarting the main servers, but still can't find the fix. But to be far, these maintenance times should be done during non peek hours so it doesn't affect the already dwindling player base. It gives more room for error and time to fix these things when people aren't trying to use your services as much. its poor business practice, you don't see Walmart(as an example) closed between 6am-11pm for restoking and maintenance, that would lose them a lot of customers and money.
