Bloodwind slash worth to use it in 6.5 ?

Except those skills don't share CD with Blodwind? You will ALWAYS need any of the Bloodwind skills (I mean either Bloodwind or one Daevanion, which you will get in 6.5) to do any damage!

In 6.5 you also get a 3x repeat with stun, lower damage (edit: it's actually the same damage, nevermind). https://aionpowerbook.com/powerbook/Skill/5275

So, yes, it will always be worth using, just not the original Bloodwind skill but one of the new Daevanions.

NCSoft decides to clean up all the pvp_damage_ratio mess on the existing skills by nerfing their PvE damage to match the reduced PvP numbers

Problem about punishment is it does random damage which could be bad or good depends on your luck.
Passive buffs pve atk seems nice o_o
Magic skills will be bad no matter what base damage that's why they change into physical damage in late 7.0 patch.(They suppose to change sin rune damage skills into physical too but that didn't happened)
Bloodwind is worth now because the damage isn't nerf as they supposed to in 6.7 but in 7.0 it will be a sad skill with base damage 500.
