You will ALWAYS need any of the Bloodwind skills (I mean either Bloodwind or one Daevanion, which you will get in 6.5) to do any damage! The Secret Cow Level Posted March 3, 2019 Share Posted March 3, 2019 It's one of the Templar attack skills that are excluded from the 40% damage buff with patch 6.75. And It still only deals 45% damage in PvP. GenericUser34531 Posted June 25, 2019 Share Posted June 25, 2019 Punishment get half cd. Not bad. Aggro pasive buff will increase pve atk, so we won't be top 1 dps but 100% aggro in the boss. Magical skills from stigmas will have a big dmg boost. Btw, bloodwind is worth to use in pvp 6.7 but no as the principal source of dps. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Passive buffs pve atk seems nice o_o Magic skills will be bad no matter what base damage that's why they change into physical damage in late 7.0 patch.(They suppose to change sin rune damage skills into physical too but that didn't happened) Bloodwind is worth now because the damage isn't nerf as they supposed to in 6.7 but in 7.0 it will be a sad skill with base damage 500.
