I think you need to watch one or two of the how to make Kinah in Aion videos on Youtube. Skill books are cheap compared to enchantment stones which you will also need.

PvE without the other faction is better than not getting in at all.

I don't know if it's an illusion, but I seem to have better luck with manastone socketing in the morning game time, rather than at other times.

The current model seems ok, except when they introduced the blocking of picking up white items when Siel's Aura has expired, it also stops you from picking up quest items, so you might as well log off. eg. If you enter Kromede's Trail, you can get as far as the Petrahulk gate keeper, then you can't pick up the key to continue which seems daft to me. Why let people enter the instance at all if they can't complete it?

If you have 6 characters doing it on one account, that's quite a few medals.

Doesn't matter which toon you get the gold medal on, doesn't have to be your main, I just put them in the account warehouse for any toon to use.

Do Dredge and earn them from the Key to Chaos Quest.

How else is someone going to get 1500 AP in half an hour? Currently there is a double AP weekend in progress so Dredge is absolutely worth doing. Trouble is it's hard to get in. We have this Catch 22 where teams insist on people being "geared" but of course nobody knows what "geared' actually means because it's a value judgement which differs from person to person. So you end up with a lot of people no being able to get a game, therefore they don't get AP to work on their gear, it's a stupid circle. Lots of players that should be in groups, end up going into QE which is chaotic, lots of AFK, and a good chance to loose, and you can queue for over an hour on the Elyos side, but still not get in.

Probably worth increasing the HP of the guard towers people farm at sieges, they drop too fast.

Why is there no news from NCWest on this important update? It's been 2mths. since the survey on merging went out. Is it so hard to set a date for a task they have done many times?

Dredge is a failure on IS, either a strong Asmo group rolls a weak Elyos group, or a strong Elyos group rolls a weak Asmo group. An even match is rare. This is because the strong groups spy on who is entering Dredge in the other faction, to make sure they have a weak opponent. Easy to do, just have 2 accounts. The fix is easy, remove Dredgion as a region which can be displayed in the Search tab.

You will probably have to delete the 1 character from the other faction, but we won't know until the merge happens.

I prefer spellbook because you can auto attack things from 25m without running towards them like you do with an orb, which is something like 2m range. There are some minor stats differences too. You can always have one of each, a pvp one and a pve one.

Put rude people you don't want to read on your ignore list. Just click on the menu popdown next to your icon top right on the forum, and select "Ignored Users" from the menu and add the trolls. eg. I added Valedia-DN to my ignore list weeks ago.

So they took the Luna Light out of the chest rewards options for Contaminated Underpath, and put it in BCM at 40 BC Coin each. This is a blatant profit grab under the guise of fixing a technical problem. It's now harder to obtain Luna Light in game than it was a couple of weeks ago.

Classic is way better than Aion is now, the main thing is if you don't waste your game time on alts, you can have a main with competitive gear, the inequality in Classic is far less than it is in 7.7.

The features you wish to see returned were removed for pay to win reasons. They want to sell your PvE and PvP enchantment stones separately. (That's why they raised the limit from +10 to +15) They want to sell you ultimate manastones. (That's why you now have 17 x 3 sockets) They want to sell you Stigma enchant stones. (That's why the +15 was added) They want you to subscribe to the Prestige Pass (There is no other practical way to get A rank minions). The more enchants fail, the more stones they can sell you. (It's a miracle they succeed at all) With each update patch, they introduced new items you have to buy with real money, hence increasing the gear inequality gap for people on low incomes. They went to far with the pay to win, and the player numbers in NA declined as a result.

I have not noticed an increase in bots since they made the change. The kill 50 mob quest to get the Luna materials bag is one that I have been doing for Lugbug every day anyway, so nothing has changed. The only thing I have noticed is the number of gold seller spams in LFG chat have dropped right off over the past few weeks.

I open mine immediately after getting them. If you haven't tried to open them before now, obviously they are not very important to you.

They haven't removed the other rewards from Contaminated Underpath, only the Luna materials was moved into the 50 mob Lugbug daily. Some people were pumping 12 toons on a single account through CU each day, I know of people that were pumping multiple accounts through. I presume botters were doing it too en masse. It was exposing some sort of bug on the KT server which required a restart to clear. So NCwest came up with the idea to move the main reward out of CU to try and reduce the congestion of the instance to make the server more stable. I think putting 12 afk toons through CU each day is one of the dumbest forms of play I have every heard of, yet enough people did this to force a server reboot! Buy a Prestige pack just so you can have 4 more afk toons.

If luna is the most important thing in Aion, then perhaps Aion is not the right game for you. I would be happy if the whole Luna system was removed, just like it was in Classic, it would stop a ton of QQ.
