Chardonnay-DN Posted September 21, 2022 Share Posted September 21, 2022 @EMpulse please change the way you get these transformations until tomorrow's maintenance. it's not fair to have something so important in the game that the only way to get it is through P2W, how do you hope to bring people back to retail with these ideas? please @EMpulse add a way for players to get it through the game, even if it's ONLY ONE but there's a way to get it without spending. I'd like to know if I should submit a Ticket. Why is there no mention this year of a free [Key for Locked Selection Box of Hanbok Pixel Transformation Contracts] and a way to acquire a [Locked Hanbok Pixel Transformation Contract Selection Box]? Was it forgotten? Is this an Event or a Sale? Can you at least put the free Key (one limit per account) on the BCM so players can make use of the Contract we purchased last year with event coins? Many of us are waiting for a good sale/event for these 6 ancient transformation. Cat Doctor, Cat Nurse, Hanbok Cuddly, Hanbok Fuddly, Warm Winter Fox, Fluffy Winter Fox . Since you guys are pushing Autumn hanboks into sale, we as players are looking forward to the 6 Ancient transformations sale/event. The article was accidently mismarked and we're getting it fixed. This is different than the EVENT that you have had in the past so there will be no free pixel transformation awarded - to answer @Otsutsuki-DN's question. Collection is another big mistake in Aion, even worse if the only way to get it is to pay for it. I agree that the game should sell in the store, I don't see a problem with that, but when it becomes the only way to get through the game it's the death of the game for me.
