EU vs NA in preparing for 6.0 or 6.2

Besides the internet not knowing whether the next Aion update is 6.0 or 6.2 why is it that EU prepares its players much better and further in advance than NA?

It seems the players in EU had several weeks of very detailed changes to look forward to - unlike NA which usually gives out generalized information the before or the day of the release of the next update.

Its cause of that gold pack. That gold pack almost makes aion EU a subscription game. So thus the devs are more in touch with the community you can say. We dont got that here so the devs can just lean back. Think theres only like what. 2 ppl running this game + running the others lol.. EU prob has more of a crew.

Actually, Gameforge (aka., EU AION) released only those info relating to 6.0/6.2 which helped them gain more income via SHOP sale (like list of gear exchange, like NA had already, to increase sale of Solution's and Omega's) and later the Kinah to Gold Ignot exchange rate (which they had to do before either way, but they weren't that clear on it). Or the new benefits of "Gold Pack", which by the way has been bugged since the first day without any fix yet.

Not much else was revealed relating to it until the servers went down for the update and we got the patch-notes. This caused a lot of confusion (because of posting info in a confusing way).

One factor is that GF created a Open Test Server two weeks before the official release of the 6.0/6.2 update, as a sneak peek, so many who signed up for it understood what they had to do on there main accounts.

In the end, most of the detailed info that EU players had relating to 6.0/6.2 update was from players who played on the Test Server, and those who got info from KR AION.

Actually, Gameforge isn't that really directly in touch with the players, nor do they check post on the Forum.

They only get info about the post on forums from the Community Managers or Moderators, who pass on the points posted to them.

Just for example with the 6.0/6.2 update, there was condition which benefited the players (i learned about it at the last minute so couldn't use it), but they worked on it and got it fixed first thing they could (to them anything that benefits players has to be removed/fixed first).

On the other hand bugs relating to the following stuffs haven't been fixed yet, even after so much complaints,

- some players haven't gotten there exchanged stuff yet (like Gold Ignots for +5 plus Essence Core's, or exchange of some PvP gears).

- bug relating to benefits for Gold Pack users.

- the quest item drop from Luna daily (for the seventh day Key quest), isn't working for players lvl 76+. While GF is still looking for a fix on this issue, on the other hand RU AION had found a different solution for it by giving the quest item drop at the start of the daily instance (so people can loot it, well this caused players below lvl 76 to get double quest item loot, but that's ok for them).

- Abyss Core Fort Siege giving wrong rewards.

Instead, they have started doing a few Events, like

- event currency which you can use to purchase stuff (most of which are useless, and many of the event mobs for the quests are bugged out)

- an event item which spawns random mobs (from Normal grade to Legendary grade), and you defeat them to possibly get a chance at Minion scrolls. This event has been a pain though, as people have been opening them during peak siege times and causing a lot of issues (like getting the KISK destroyed, or spawning them while fighting Balaur Commanders to protect Fort, etc)

- an assemble item type event, which doesn't seem to drop the needed last item (to complete the assemble) for almost 98% plus players.

- and finally a P2W roulette style event
