PVP instances dead

PVP instances have been dead for a long time, maybe it's time to replace the rewards with real ones? 

For example like this :

Battlefield Supplies Box  for Idgel Dome .

What's in the supply bag?

Of  Battlefield Supplies Box you can randomly get one of the following items:

Yustiel's Apostle Transformation Shard

Triniel's Apostle Transformation Shard

Vaizel's Apostle Transformation Shard

Lumiel's Apostle Transformation Shard

Dazzling Green Gemstone Shard -2pcs.

Dazzling Blue Gemstone Shard -2pcs.

Dazzling Red Gemstone Shard -2pcs.

Prime Runestone Shard -2pcs.

 

and with a 100% chance:

Golden Wing Piece

Battlefield Combat Support Box - 2pcs.

Fragments of transformation into apostles will be useful to you if you want to collect transformation into one of the apostles.

Collecting 600 pcs. Golden Wing Piece and 6 pcs. Storm Energy Orb, you can collect Ultimate Transformation Box and randomly receive the transformation into Kaysinel or in Markutan...

Where to get the Storm Energy Orb ? can be received for free once per account, once a month.

 

And also with for other PVP instances. With awards current for version 7.7.

dang , that actually would make people queue pvp instance again. Is that bag specific to any region in particular? that's the first time i ever see that.

The problem with PvP instances, is too many people afk them.

AFK should get nothing.  eg. you have to kill certain room mobs for a reward bag to drop like it use to be.

Then you can worry about what to put in the bags.

Sounds like you took the Russian update and went yo we need this.

 

It does not improve PvP in Aion, It does not improve participation in PvP it improves people dodging PvP to fight their own alts and that is all. Every update is useless the players actually participate but since the Aion community is...well the way it is, You will never have PvP instances worth participating in.

But the problem is that the pvp instances are non existent practically. Whatever cheaters took advantage of... NCSoft simply disabled it or rendered it useless, so far we are at 99% of disabling of the game, is this a game anymore?

People should be entering them to PvP so the reward should not matter at all. If rewards are the only reason people go in to PvP then that is a core playerbase problem not a game problem.

Of course, but whatever gives little to no incentive to do people will opt out. Imagine going to training arenas non stop just because it is free pvp without any loses and without any rewards.

Dueling is one of the most popular past times of MMORPG's and it has never had reward...in-fact cost you millions of kinah to do it yet despite that you always saw duels going any time during the day.

People stopped dueling because there is no incentive to get better because there is no PvP in PvP content creating a situation where should people really get rewarded for just entering a dungeon against their own alts?

I never did a duel in my life to be honest. And I was religiously doing all pvp instances during the 6.x era where they mattered to gear up for pvp items. You no longer gear up in pvp by doing pvp, you go to pve instances and a shared open map.

PvP instances are empty and many people have been getting end game accessories by glide hacking.

No it's not.

I have  been playing Aion since 2009 and never had a toon with dueling enabled.

Also dueling is not a PvP instance, which is the point of this thread.

The afk people entering PvP instances are also rather thick.

eg. in Evergale Canyon you have to earn 1,000 points before you get a single Battlefield coin reward. Most of the time Elyos pug teams that afk don't achieve that.

Asmo pug seem to more often.

These mini additions they do in Russian servers are way too reasonable to be implemented here. The Russian GMs think like players, they know what the game lacks and fill in the blanks.

And even better they have the NPC that sells skins by coins/tokens you earn by killing end game bosses in instances. It gives a purpose going once again to kill another pf run just to be able to get another skin set.

Last time I did pf was like 6.7 or something, I even forgot where the entrance is now, no reason to even set foot there but if we could farm skins I would try to at least burn my entries.
