Ok, but why it would restrict the kinah on a new char, that never sold anything?. The only char on the account to be honest. Makes absolutely no sense... Do keep in mind selling to NPCs has the lowest price. Selling with pets is in the middle. Selling with the personal store in your Inventory has the highest exchange. We currently have 10% of sales, regardless if you have the Prestige or not. The main "bug" here is that the NPC doesn't sell as much as in the inventory, so I'm assuming that'll get fixed. Low lvl toons have a really low kinah cap wich one has already been capped either because you have sold items in your main or because the automatic item sell of terminated items after the update, probably you will need to get that toon to lv 78-80 to be able to sell again. They made it 5% to remove the bug then they started adding Kinah to instances. We raised the buy price value from 5% to 15%. The price stays the same when you use the inventory function. Hopefully they won't change it from 10% to 5% before coming with some solutions because you don't have enough kinah to play the game with the default 5%.
