Just because we have had updates and game changes does not mean a LARGE portion of that list is no longer relevant. Have you forgotten? Because I didnt. The community didnt. They literally log in Tuesday night to copy and paste a maintenance post and maybe read one or two comments and reply and log off till the following Tuesday. They spend a total of maybe 10 minutes a week on the forums... they aren't community managers they are part time employees of NCsoft. =( I was really working hard on making Aion youtube videos but whats the point if the community is dying and the CMs aren't even active to prevent more players from leaving. Kibbelz made that list as an attempt to bring back the game and show the community they have a voice.. but then probably realized thats not how NCWest rolls so that list found its way to the garbage. We have been told repeatedly that it takes time and the company is looking at ways to meet player demands... but its been how long and there hasnt been any change. They know what they need to sell as flash sales and what they need to sell as limited time event sales. The important information got ignored because as kibbelz probably understands now NCkorea/NCwest do not really care 2 rats about its NA community and it is why it became so dire in the first place. They don't even know they have a "list" the list they showed us was probably a script they run with key words and simply made a chart for "word appearance rates" or something. Because what is holding them back from putting good skins for example? Who told them that "wonderland skin" is what we wanted for Vallentines? They should have brought back heart seeker now, instead of earlier in whatever event it came back in. But also, can we get a more variety of skins thats attractive. I am pretty sure that NCwest don't read these forums, so all the suggestions fall on deaf ears. The lack of NCsoft staff actively participating in the game in NA is why it's in a slow state of decay. Well of course not, the last time Kibbelz logged in was last Wednesday and then Loki was on recently but didn't seem to have any activity. Even if we had 1% more communication then we currently get.. Literally if they even put a few seconds into the game they would have simply put skins and forget them there for ever because it would be for their benefit.
