Because these pitiful nyerks we have are sorry as the day is long and absolutely clueless. Gameforge is just greedy, NCWEST is in shambles. NCwest and Gameforge had their times. Don´t forget that a lot of people came here years ago cause Gameforge was doing a really awful job. And they started Aion 6.X even worse than us. No kinah at all, overpriced things, P2P game.... And I don´t think is Cyan fault. He is just the face that NCWest throw at us so we can complain with somebody. It works like big companies and call centers. You have a customer support and you can complain, but with somebody that has nothing to see and can´t do a thing with that. A NAME and e-mail if possible. Or a phone number. Or anyway to contact someone. Because someone is in charge somewhere aren't they? Or are we just destined to deal with Cyan who can't or won't tell us anything. Or Gideon that reminds me of the Loch Ness Monster. You hear a lot about it but no one actually sees it. Not that it would help but a vote of no confidence in this team (hard to call it that) seems appropriate. Lastly maybe their doing exactly what their told but in no scenario does that seem possible. For the people insulting Cyan, he is just the messager.He is not involved with managing and making choices for the game... Is Gideon to blame since barely or not all doing his job? He too busy with Hime streaming the mobile version of the game than check the forum lol. Also the person who is charge of bcm should get fired and I have no problem saying that.
