This is a letter to NCWest management, even though it will never reach them, I felt the need to write this. Your Aion Classic is a shamble and bound to fail. I don't know how much of your staff knows anything about the game at all, my guess is.. close to 0. This is obvious by various replies from your support team, like they didn't even know about Inggi/Gelk "safe" areas and their replies on the subject in a ticket further suggest they know the bare minimum, about anything at all (their reply was that it was necessary for the opposite faction to enter the main cities in order to conquer them, and they replied this after "further checking"). I assume your support team has a few guidelines to follow and standard/common issues they are using as generic solutions. Citing NCSoft's (KOREA) team/executives, they are "tired" of supporting western publishers and the amount of work it gives them in billable hours necessary to help them in any little area. As a veteran player who has played pretty much consistently since the 2009 betas up to 7.3, and having been in NA classic for a while, these are my thoughts on some key areas. 0. Classic with all the bad, none of the good from years of retail fixes Over the years retail did many modifications to core systems that were extremally flawed and caused people to give up and abandon the game. You relaunched classic without any of all these necessary changes, why? - Manastones: changed so that you don't lose socketed stones upon failure to socket - +1/2/3 chance upon enchanting - Chance to receive a few stones when disenchanting your enchanted gear, not just 1 - Batch socketing of stones, instead of 1 by 1 - Automatic skill acquisition - Stigma NPC/shards modification - Low level abyss gear stored in account wh to be enjoyed by alts - Flarestorm key, at some point in 2.x they made it so that you don't lose it after being used - Different levels of AP stigmas that you can't even resell to recover some AP - Arena tickets not going into special cube 1. Low level stigmas Back in the beginning we needed a ~long time to level up to 50, it gave us time to run instances and eventually drop stigmas that are -mandatory- in order to access our advanced skill trees which, without them, you can pretty much just sit idle in Sanctum cause there is very little else you can do in any meaningful way. Sorcerers can't either DPS nor PVP, Clerics can't either heal nor DPS, Templars can't even pull mobs, you get it. These stigmas are not a premium/plus, they are NECESSARY to actually play the game at all. No cleric will be invited to BT without it. No clerics = no groups. Your changes in 2.5 did nothing, these are still almost impossible to get unless you create another 10 low level chars and -try- your luck farming them for weeks or months, I don't think that's how you are supposed to play the game. Cleric healing stigma: without this they can't heal high-end instances. Cleric dps stigma: without this they can't DPS Sorc DPS stigma: without this sorcerers can't dps Sorc PVP stigma: without this, sorc can't effectively pvp etc. 2. Drop rates Even before the 2.5 mess this was a problem. Now it's just completely out of proportion. How can you still not fix this a month later? The server was already bleeding players, now it's just completely ridiculous. New players can barely even make it out of Poeta because nothing drops, and buying skillbooks is just out of the question, 10+ players just beg around for some kinah to even be able to teleport or get some skills. Instance drops are also horrible, I've run 60 debil rushes (low udas) with 0 eternal drops, how is this 2x drop? it wasn't like this back in retail. I really don't get the point of making drops so scarce, it's not like you get some gear upgrades and be done with it for the rest or your Aion life, this gear most often provides a very little bonus over lesser ones, and after a while new gear arrives that makes them obsolete, but in the current state of the game we reach that point without even 1/4th the gear we should have been using to properly participate in anything, almost everything is a struggle for most of the playerbase unless they play various characters and 10-15 hours a day to somewhat scale up a bit. Let me show you a comparison of the broker between back in retail 2011-2013. These are real screenshots I took directly in the game in a retail NA server in those years. Old retail (left) vs Classic (right): Doing level 1-9 in Poeta, in retail I had full bags even before reaching the end. Classic? Those few armor items are just the default you get, not even drops. Broker: even MB 25s are impossible Even MB 23 don't exist anymore or magic acc. Godstones back in retail: (now 200M, the one on sale sometimes) 3. Manastones and enchants This further expands on point 2. These are NECESSARY to play, they are not a super premium. Without properly socketing and enchanting your gear you are just a much lesser version of your character. Again, giving players better, or much better/cheaper access to these, does not break the game or cancel progression. New gear comes after a short period which makes your previous set(s) obsolete. What people are forced to do instead is hold onto old gear because it's just impossible to work on the new one (what's even the point to struggle or work for something better when you know it's just gonna be worse). 4. Worthless season and event stuff Most of the rewards from default pass and events are just worthless, are you aware of that? All these [Event] manastones, shards, pots, they are so few and consumed so quickly that they are actually a burden on your already extremely limited inventory, people just delete them. [Event] (untradeable) manastones, same issue. You get many stones that are worthless for your class -> delete. EVEN if you would get 10-20 of them, still pointless, do you realize you need like 50-200 stones just to socket -1 piece- of gear? What's the point of these? And these 2-3 potions or scrolls from default pass? same issue, maybe if they were normal tradeable ones they could be a -little- addition, but back to the limited inventory issue: they are just a burden and we delete them. 5. Quna prices/wardrobe Your prices for skins are ridiculous. $15-20 for a skin, and then you need another $10 for a slot to register it.. ??!! How does this make any sense to your financial department, the people who decide on these prices? It's like you are paying $300 for a pizza irl, there is absolutely no value. Unlock all the wardrobe slots for free, add more skins, sell them for $1-2, then maybe people will buy a lot. But $30-40 for 1 skin? there is no value in this, so people don't buy. If you have $50 a month to spend in the game but get almost nothing from it, you don't spend them. Your greed ends up with making $0 revenue from the majority of your customers due to these poor decisions. 6. Useless instances What's the point of all these new useless instance? nobody is doing them, they are pointless. - 3-ppl instance in Inggi: you get maybe 1-2K AP and a few useless level 30 instance balaur mats, so they remain in the mobs. - Empyrean crucible: no usable rewards - Solo crucible: no usable reward, just a little kinah from selling the supplements - Unyielding BT: nobody can do it due to the issues mentioned previously (nobody can gear up to even try this) - Padma: only few groups can manage this, and the reward? nothing. 1/30 times = 1 useless balaur mat. What's the point? You know how many people are doing most of these instances? I will tell you: 0 7. AP trading/AP instances Why do we have only 1 dredgion per day? it used to be 3 in retail. Why 1 ESO per week? 1 upper fort per week? You know who is doing these instances? the old veteran players who either purchased kinah online or sold a lot of drops over the run of classic (to players who bought the kinah). They are paying other players to join them and give up their share of AP relics so that it may be even slightly worth it to go. Upper fort: average of 60K AP for a full group = 10K AP per week and player if not sold. ESO: 5K-30K AP per player/week, depends if you duo or go full group. You know in how long new players can ever obtain a full set of abyss gear, stigmas, etc etc etc like this? I will tell you: never in a million years, they save up for the next set instead. The only players who will manage to stay high up in the ranks to transform etc are those old veterans who are either buying the AP or AP-traded it in the beginning. Top asmo player in the ranks has 28 million AP, you think this is obtainable through legit means over the course of classic? No, it's not, never. 8. Inventory space/special cube Further expanding on and related to the previous issues, inventory space is a major burden. Why are arena tickets not stored in the special cube as it was changed in retail? Why can't we unlock more slots? We had a lot more in retail over the years. People play with various sets of gear, specially clerics, armors, weapons, accessories .. another struggle to even make room for drops when you run some instance. Even the instance drops are mostly useless, those HP/MP potions, grey items and many others, people don't loot them. You check the corpse first to loot only the few pennies of kinah, this is just stupid. 9. Bots The hoards of bots running around unbanned.. this is just so ridiculous, it baffles my mind that this is happening in an official server, people are speechless about this. Is it worth it making this extra quick money from their Siel sub over being able instead to keep the game running for years in a healthy server? Bots have in big part destroyed the server economy even before the 2.5 disaster, people quit over this, your customers quit over this, and your revenue as a business in the long run will suffer over this. People know you are not taking any action, they even run bots on their main chars, they even threaten you and tell you to go kill other bots, people even tell you they will farm X drop for you on their bot, there is no fear at all to get banned. There is no way you can't have 1 staff member go through the game on a daily basis banning these offenders, there is absolutely no excuse or technical hurdle to fix this situation, other than your wrong view over the financials of the company. Making a quick $ ends up losing you a lot of extra $ over the long run, this is basic business. ~

Hello Aion community, I need to ask for your help over the forum because the tickets I have sent and the appeals that I am making against the ban of my account are not being attended to. I consider a permanent ban to be something arbitrary that has been imposed on me. As an active player in the community, I have never had previous problems or any kinds of warning. I am an ironic player that likes joking around, because I consider that is what games are for. They are to have fun, make you laugh and allow for good times spent with friends. This is known by the entire Aion community, especially with whom I have played with throughout the time I have been active and by those who have given me additional support by sending appeal tickets on my behalf. The banned account is my own. In the tickets that I have sent within the last few days, this statement can be corroborated. In addition to that, it can be stated that both my IP and my ticket history as a player have never received any type of sanction. I hope that the community in the forum can support me. Please help me, the permanent ban seems unfair to someone who has never had any problems or previous complaints and my account is something sentimental that I would never put up for sale. Regards.

FOR FREE I am offering to fix the following. - The drop rate being reverted upon the NA reception of the 2.5 patch (This takes 6 minutes to fix) - Adjust the HP of core/upper/ground sieges to match the current dwindling playerbase -QoL changes including changes to scrolls cooldowns, attempting multiple socketing attempts with multiple stones and more. If you do not wish to take me up on this offer I shall offer you a secondary method of fixing your mistakes, bring me in and I will compensate the players as follows: Or, go ask your daddies in korea to do it, which doesn't matter. And before you ask, yes they have to have logged in at any point from 2.5 patches launch til the maintenence week you implement these. - Institute a felicitious socketing even for the month of april as a partial compensation form (Manastones still blow up, but previously socketed stones are kept for event duration) for the sheer lack of drops -Institute and extend the drop rate event we currently have (2x on instance bosses) To all mobs within the instances, and extend this to the padmarashka's cave instance for the remainder of the event duration -Institute a change to allow tac NCO gear to be broken down for Enchantment stones. I will come to the NCWest offices as an independent contractor, and do the following: Fix the Ini and 6 lines of code for your drop rate issue Adjust the Hp of the deities to appropriately scaled numbers for NA playerbase (This is also a simple change) Re-adjust the relic turn in values (You can literally just change the values manually if you cannot get the conversion to work taking about 6 minutes total) And implement a significant number of future patch quality of life changes that you have missed the opportunities on. No, I'm not trolling, I have applied to your senior security engineering position, because I will start with the absolute disgrace of a server infrastructure you are giving us and fix this from the ground up. <-- I will however charge you for this one The above changes I will unironically come into the office and fix these for you, for free. No charge, just fixed. I'm not going to get angry, or yell at you because I understand being this nyerking stupid is a full time job in and of itself, and you as the community manager... probably don't even know what a GUI is, so it's okay, let me fix this shit so you keep this dwindling raging playerbase. And still months on from 2.0 Release and nothing is still being done about droprates while the game is bleeding players on a daily basis? You do realise players are leaving in droves for Private servers because of your inaction on so many issues and Qol issues ingame,simply because they can gear and socket items on these illegal servers.Plus all items for sale in these private server shops far outstrip the rubbish you are still peddling to the na region. The people in charge be it producers here or korea dragging their feet are killing this game once more,you guys have had 14 years of retail to figure out what works for the region and instead of creating a relatively healthy mmo you are crashing the titanic into a iceberg yet again. You charge us a subcription fee then have the audacity to make us pay for stigmas which should either be available from a vendor or drop much more often openworld. You have given bots and rmt sellers carte blanche to run rampant because people are obviously still buying tons of illegal kinah as its price fluctuates and still proceed too hurt the legitimate players with ridiculous droprates that they can barely even socket gear. The way your team is going this game will be lucky to make another year because of your total lack of understanding about NA regions despite thousands of threads and the experience of 14 years with retail, it just blows the mind how you can repeat the same errors over and over.

@Rin With the coming of 2.0 I have been looking for futher information about aion from the KR aion on what we would see. With that I have been talking with some kr players about open world drops eg Godstones, balic mats, fabled drops and they have said that these drops do not drop from gelk and Inga as a bot protection system, as we see a copy and paste from kr to na, these changes must not be implemented due to na aion has a different eco system with the lack of bots and lack of players. If this change does come it will kill aion.

Stop ignoring everyone about the drop rate issues. You are driving this game into a hole it cannot get out of. So much damage to the players and the economy. Yet you do nothing. You look the other way, and ignore the ground breaking issues right in front of you're faces. You put this game in a sad state to speak extremely lightly. Aion is done at this rate. Even if you have no answers, you can at the very least acknowledge the overwhelming amount of concerns rather than ignore everyone making the situation even worse.

What about drop rate, what about no plat medals for any abyss sieges, what about 2nd set of compensation since most stuff is still broken

Hi Rownen (and also Tarzaned / the other GM that showed up in game the other day), Really, really confused as to how you guys have started to reach out to the community more, but we still are having the exact same issues week to week that make people quit. Surely, somebody in that community discord is telling you guys the truth? If it hadn't been turned into a brand new PvP discord due to a lack of moderation, it would probably have more people like me in there that actually know what the hell is going on with your game. How are we still having weeks in this game where all of our previous week's events end and we gain no new ones. You realize that we are LOOKING for reasons to play the game, to log-in, but having zero drop rate padmas (have personally killed 6 padmas since event ended, 4 golds 0 eternals), zero drop rate BTHM (3 runs, 2 eternals throughout), and no pve buff (making all the tiamat groups that formed for the 2 weeks we did have it all break up because its much tougher without it) ensures that we have a consistently low population game. WHY should anybody choose to put their time into Aion when it has been proven over and over that your time is not valued? I've had easily 30-40 players over the last 2 months come in and out of my legion (2nd most active on asmo side) and the complaints are always the same: why should I play a game where I'm not being rewarded for my time? Why are NCSoft so poor at communicating to us? And my personal favorite: did they really take all the drops out of the game? (YES, THEY STILL HAVEN'T FIXED THAT, @forum lurkers LOL) It just shows an absolute disconnection to the status / population of your game when for the 7-8th time in the past few months, we have a week to week cycle where there is zero incentive for players to log in to the game besides to do their dailies. Give us SOMETHING. Flip a switch and turn the warg flight time buff on. What happens to all of this code / content that we are provided in the past, does it just *poof* and is unusable ever again? Or is it an issue of competency amongst those running the operation over here, as is the common conclusion of outsiders looking in. ( Oh BTW congratz on finally letting us log into the forums after a full week+ of not letting anyone login) So, because of your company's failures we didn't get loot from the Agent Battles from the launch of 2.7 on May 9th until September 15th. So 18 weeks, 18 less possible belts/extendables because you messed up. And when this was pointed out in painstakingly simple terms it still took you morons nearly 2 months to fix. Your "compensation" to 18 straight weeks of no loot from Agent Battle.... is to offer double loots for................ 4 weeks? Last I checked, 18 is FAR greater than 4...... @Roseae it's time to try again on that "compensation"

Hello Aion players, I'm here to ask you for help to get unbanned my account due to an unfair situation, my account has been banned allegedly for the use of third programs to modify my gameplay which is false, I've been an active player in aion from so many years ago, I've played different servers like Aion Classic, Retail and EU Retail and this is the first time I have this incovenient, this is the first time someone allegedly claims I'm a hacker and reports me which leads to an unfair ban for mechanics that are available inside game without help of any third programs, this is ridiculous considering that there are plenty of known hackers inside game that have been there for years and they haven't been banned yet, many players know me and know that I never used any type of this programs, I'm an active player inside Aion Classic community and never received any warning or I have had any type of sanction. I'm a ranger player, ranger is a class which is very squishy and agaisnt melee classes can be super easy to kill, that's why I learned to make this mechanic called "Slideshot" and others like "Jump shot" or "Jump cast", these mechanics can be done with the resources that the game offers, any third program is used to replicate these mechanics, as example you have a guide from a very known player in EU community and even partnered with gameforge. Hello Primali, could you add in the list of "Known Issue" these bugs, please? --- KNOWN BUGS --- - Crafting: There's no quest to be an expert in any profession. There's no option to revoke a profession. - Drop rate: Manastones barely drops from mobs in open world, prices are very high and new players and even veteran players that been getting new gear can't afford them at the moment, new players can't have essential stigmas to play the game, we only have enchantment stones that we get from daeva premium pass, gold items rarely drops from mobs, only drops from instances. Thank you.

Oh, so open world drops are still rubbish? Ok, bye then :(. It is crazy that it is harder now to gear out a fresh character now than it was when the server started.

So it is clear to me that the ToS and the GM interpretation of them are black and white and do not allow for a judgement call or any middle ground. Yes, everyone who RMT should be banned and you've done a good job with actual companies and websites spamming our LFG and getting rid of them. Shotbot's case is markedly different and requires a review knowing all the details and someone with the authority and power to change the decision or lighten the sentence. Heck people actually hacking Stormwing event got let off with a warning. I know Shotbot. Since I came back 2 years ago or so he's been my friend. He cares about people, he loves PVP and Aion, he tries to organize, he NEVER RMTs ever. He works and worked very hard for everything he has and made no indication that he didn't want his character anymore. The usual channels for these are on discord and there are plenty, but no Shotbot never put his account there. Some context. Asmo struggle to get numbers for bosses and such against Elyos. It is refreshing if we get to the 30s. In this case Elyos came with 75++ while we just managed to make a 2nd alliance with a few people in it. The battle was hopeless and I believe, sarcastically, he said "wts ranger" met with a sarcastic response of "10 kinah". This type of talk is common in the community, often in legion chats and more often in discord. It is the nature of gaming today. Actual text in Aion is much different than what the community experiences with group chats, direct and all the other features discord and others have to offer. I believe in Aion GMs and I believe they don't have the authority to adequately override the specific details in the ToS, even though it is warranted in this case. Please @EMpulseor anyone in the system send this for appeal and have the circumstances and history examined. Merry Christmas! Here's a dump of some of my more finished looking stuff

You can use a level 1 to level 4 S-rank minion ass sacrifice, the fact it is grayed means nothing, it is there only to let you know you are using an upgraded minion in case you accidentally selected one instead of a level 1. ~~~ If you combine s-rank minions you get back a random s-rank minion and the amount you combine affects the chances to get a leveled one as well. In the below images I tried to see the chances of combining 2x s-rank mkinion and 4x s-rank minions, as you see the chance to get a level 4 s-rank minion is 10 times higher when combining 4x instead of 2x Combine 2x only: Combine 4x ~~~ The same thing happens when you combine a-rank minion 2x, 3x, 4x ~~~ In Minium Vault if you select the center npc which transfers you to a ranom path, at the end of the instance you are given +1 extra chest (total 4) the 3 first boxes give miniums and the 4th extra gives you a minion chest, 99% of the time it will give you C-rank minions which are useless, but ther eis a chance to give you a level 1 a-rank minion. ~~~ Most of my a-minions were acquired from apsaranta when I could get a level 1 a-rank minion. I upgraded them myself from minium I had from Minium Vault (I had a lot from the days that Minium Vault was a daily), but also crucible Spire upper gives a lot of a-minium and if you finish it on time like I do you get the extra chest that gives s-rank minium as well. ~~ If you want to revert back a minion combination you have to do it within 7 days of the moment you combined, you use 1 token of restoration (you have 3 tokens per 6 months that expire within the 6 months if not used).

There used to be a quest but they removed it. So there is no more way to get any a-rank minions anymore. And since it is nearly impossible to get b-rank as well to try to combine and get them I am not sure how anyone can get a ranks now and eventually an s-rank. To awaken one S-minion yes you need to sacrifice another s-rank minion and it will be lost and there will be a slot on the awakened minion to be able to add another minion of any rank/type (SS though is always better). To do 4 S-minions awakened you need to sacrifice 4 S-rank minions. When you put a second minion on the slot of an awakened minion that one is not lost, it sits there and it can be removed (much like a runestone) and be placed back into your minion window. The awakened minion will have the slot empty again and you will be able to put another minion of your choice. I am playing since 2010 or something. I had soft quit since 7.0 but I was always around for events. Now you can get a lot of miniums from Crucible Upper, there was also a a time that Minium Vault had 1 entry every day or something and we had plenty of luna back in the days so we could reset the instance with just 40 luna so I did make quite a few runs. ~ They have removed 90% of the game at 6.0 and they keep removing at every patch. If I had to start today I am not sure I would be able to ever have half of the things I already own on my char.

@Wissp really appreciate your response to the many comments on last weeks thread, and the fact that you totally didn't ignore all of us @Wissp so this week's update adds literally nothing and instead just removes stuff from the game...nice oh wait, actually, they made Dragon Lord's Throne HARDER! yes, that boss that only 1 asmo group has cleared twice in months, that definitely needs to be made more difficult for the NA population. while you're at it, would you mind following up on the support tickets sent in showing photo proof of several elyos hacking into locations they are not supposed to be, and continuing to play the game? @Wissp thanks @Wissp, it is so good to have active communication again on these forums, and not just a zombie that logs in once a week to copy paste what their boss sent them in a drunken stupor through most likely Skype, given how backwards in time your company is. on behalf of F-tier players, keep up the great work @Wissp

"Untradeable, can be brokered" are majority of things now. It's generally stupid and complicates normal game. I don't know how it may help fighting any hackers or botters? A bot became built-in in the game client, we can legally farm with it now, but as for hackers, they probably still exist and are still more dangerous than they were on 5.x patches and earlier. I mean broker hackers, I'm not sure whether they exist now, but I read 2-3 years ago they existed and would immediately buy any expensive thing on the broker that was sold for a cheap price. I would say they were not always on, there were times I could more or less safely transfer average and expensive things like runestones through broker between my accounts. Recently there appeared prime runestones, very expensive on the broker. It's obvious that one account can never collect 3 prime, or even greater, runestones of same transformation and 3 different effects , without trading between accounts. Kinah are untradeable, NCsoft is fighting kinah traders, I understand. But then, it becomes impossible to have enough kinah to trade between accounts through the broker paying the full price these expensive things cost. A couple of days ago I lost a good greater runestone Drop Rate Kaisinel-Zikel apostles +5 while transferring it through the broker between my accounts, it was so frustrating! We don't have any selection boxes for runestones and only get them at random, so trading is inevitable! This type of runestone is still in insufficiency to my accounts in general. I don't have ultimate transformations other than in bottles that Kerub gave us as quest rewards (Zikel and Nezekan). I was lucky enough to sell a prime runestone gotten from the recent event and buy that same runestone of mine on the broker for 500,000,000 k. But it is rather expensive, you see! I'm sure it was that same runestone I had lost because I've been watching runestones on the broker every day and I know this type is extremely rare. Please make runestones (and other valuable things) tradeable without the broker!!!

Here I thought: "Oh look, Stormwing Event. I've only missed three days. I should still be able to make the deadline, after all, we usually have a few extra days of wiggle-room. After leaving Aion for two months, maybe I'll log in for a couple minutes and try to get a new Apostal. For the fun of it. See who is still alive....." Then I realize that, once again, I'm being asked to have my game open and idle for literally 24 hours a day. BREAKING NEWS: WE ARE NO LONGER LOCKED UP FOR COVID19! Players have lives. SHOTBOT is a big active player who made a sarcastic/mocking comment for lfg. The decision to ban his account for that reason seems extreme to me. many players use hack and have not been banned. Almost all the accounts I did for Stormwing event have been banned. I manually logged into all these accounts. I do not hack. I do not bot. I do not rmt. Either I have been banned because I tried too hard, or NC Soft figured out that they gave us too many ptw items and banned the accounts as a knee jerk reaction so we would have to pay for the items. This has affected a huge part of the population. Aion does not have a large player base at this time. Banning legit players is not the answer. Either way this ban needs to be reversed.

I wanted to concisely state what seems to have taken place for @Loki and @EMpulse , and for players who may be unaware why they were banned or players who weren't affected by these recent ban waves but would like to know why the server population seemingly halved overnight. 1. A few days ago, a large quantity of players had some or all of their accounts permanently banned without explanation. 2. Many players who were permanently banned have never cheated or violated the TOS in any way, shape, or form. 3. While a few players who were banned have only one game account, the players who were targeted the most seem to be those who had more than five game accounts. 4. The majority of the bans seem to be targeted at players who used their (legitimate and hand-farmed, without TOS violations of any kind) alt accounts on the recent stormwing event. Many of my friends expressed to me that they are heartbroken that all the hours they spent grinding the event legitimately and fairly has been taken from them. Many told me they will quit Aion, as they did nothing wrong and yet received bans on accounts that they created themselves and have exclusively owned and used legally for many years. Many players stayed up late into the night, missing sleep or skipping work to grind out the stormwing event so they could benefit, painstakingly logging into each account to complete the array of dailies in order to benefit from the event. Free-2-Play players do not have the fortune of being able to benefit by simply dumping a ton of money into the BCM. But it would seem as though both Free-2-Play players AND regular BCM buyers were affected by these ban waves. 5. However, there are many players who farmed the stormwing event on their 10+ alternate accounts, and yet received no bans and were unaffected by the ban waves that took place a few days ago. This would seem to indicate that the ban waves were done through a (poorly) automated process, and were not checked thoroughly by an actual person for confirmation of actual TOS violation or cheating. 6. Some players were able to get their accounts unbanned after sending tickets to support, but others were told by support that their bans were permanent and would not be lifted, (even though they didn't violate the TOS or break any rules), and they received no explanation or justification from support in their tickets. Some were told that their bans would not be lifted because they had used 3rd party programs, even though they did NOT use any 3rd party programs. 7. Some players were able to get just one or two of their accounts unbanned after sending tickets to support, but their other accounts received responses stating the bans were final, with no explanation or reasoning. 8. To rub salt in the wounds of the legitimate players, there are *blatant* users of mass bot accounts (random names like "ekdkdkaasd" (example, not an actual name) that participated in the stormwing event via obviously automated, cheating methods (20+ accounts with random names moving awkwardly and automatedly in unison together across the Inggison map to complete the stormwing dailies) that are STILL logging into the game to perform illegally automated activities like abusing the Lower Crucible Spire for kinah (presumably that they will later illegally sell) who avoided these ban waves altogether. The best choice for the aion community, the health of the game and the happiness and success of both the devs and the playerbase would be to lift all of these recent bans that took place a few days ago, because it is clear that really the only people who got hurt were legitimate players, some of which have been here over a decade like myself. I love this game so much, but as many people have stated, it wouldn't make sense for us to continue supporting a game that treats their customers and their playerbase in this way. Mistakes happen, and we're all human, but it's important that they be corrected. The community is awaiting your response.

I would like to also point out, your only unbanning "paying accounts" anyone who has been banned "Free to play" there emails from support have been account closed perma, do you know how insane that is? Do you understand that alt account might not spend money but it might belong to one of your paying players? OR maybe its friends with one of your paying players? This game cannot afford to lose more players in the state of the game. We literally was just getting players returning to the game and now with this the 20 players we brung in .... 30 going out....why? Because you guys make this game so impossible. People was literally just being convinced to return to aion retail from Aion america and other aion private servers because your LOYAL player base had finally convinced them the game was going in a better direction....then bam a huge ban wave, now all that hard work your PLAYERS have done getting people to play......GONE because of one STUPID decision. You want more income? As we have been screaming for YEARS! SALE SKINS MORE SKINS AND WHEN YOU GET TIRED OF THAT MOREEEEE SKINS!!!!!! There's literally thousands of skins/ motions you could put back in the game that people WOULD BUY but you dont....we get 1 or 2 a month.... make it simple unban ALL accounts that you have banned and focus on making the game better please Thank you

Seriously just replace ALL those rewards with like 1k event coins so people can actually get useful stuff. Appreciate the xp and AP starting early though. Heeeey @Kibbelz, Remember a while ago when you had posted something along the lines of a list of things that you (NCsoft) would working on to make the connection between NCsoft and the community stronger? Yeah? Wasn't one of those things better communication? I feel as if the community probably should have been given a heads up on this decision a while ago. Like what is the reasoning? What are the future states plans for AION looking like since the game is moving to cloud based servers? Not to call you out, but, you are starting to do EXACTLY what Cyan used to do... ONLY log into forums with Maintenance Notes, then quickly log off. And then not log in again until the next week to post Maintenance Notes again. There is an EXTREME lack of any communication about ANYTHING that is happening. What about 7.7 release for NA? Whoever is in charge of the AION Facebook seems to be more informative than the actual forums themselves...
